Great location

I will appreciate having a breakfast event check in hour was not yet.

-Location is great -Price is OK -Clean.

-Elevator broke for one day. -Security box not working and never fixed, even if informed since day 1. -When opening the hair cap box to take a shower, it was empty. Needed to get dressed again and personally look for it in the lobby due to personnel shortage or whatever reason. -Trying to charge 4 water bottles instead of 2 I consumed from minibar (eventually they deducted).

The staff was very friendly and helpful. As a pregnant guest, they located me near the elevator and stairs, I requested a extension cord to plug my appliances at a level that I didn't have to crouch down and they promptly helped me with the situation. The kitchen staff was friendly and made sure that I was happy with the breakfast. The area where the hotel is located is very quiet, most cafes and restaurants are a few minutes away. There's a supermarket with atms right in front of the hotel.

All sockets are far from the bed and below tables.

What a great hotel. I chose it because of its location (amazing) and price (also amazing). I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff were so polite. The room was a perfect size and very clean. I needed strong wi-fi for work and the staff were able to quickly accommodate me. Breakfast was very nice as well. The chef cooked fresh eggs how you wanted them. Location - the best. Close to everything!

From the time I checked in, I was treated very nicely. I have nothing bad to say.

Good modern hotel in a safe upmarket neighborhood. Helpful staff, good breakfast, spacious room with a comfortable bed.

Weird floor/elevator layout meant that you'd have to carry your bags up or down half a flight of stairs.

The location is excellent

Standard rooms are really small with weird glass walls in the bathroom. Because of the size and location of our room we asked for a bigger room and we were located on the eight floor. In this room we can hear the noise of the elevator each time it was in use , specially when sleeping . The breakfast is very generic, very disappointing for a hotel with a high rate like this .

The location is close to all the restaurants and bars. Walking distance to a large mall. Grocery shop about 2 minutes walk. Best of all the value for money is great.

You can hear people talking outside of the room. So if you have a noisy neighbour then it can be annoying. I personally didn't have any issues. They could offer a complimentary water.

The hotel is a small hotel, very clean and has a relax atmosphere. Very close to grocery store/Andino mall/ Zona T. The area was very safe and felt very comfortable. The breakfast was simple but was good/ the ladies in the kitchen and housekeeping were very kind.

The bed is a bit uncomfortable

it is close to everything! malls, restaurant. very safe, and quiet area. the hotel is small but very comfortable. The room has refrigerator and if you need anything from the supermarket, you will need just to cross the street and go through their parking lot to find it.

Some floors have stairs, then you will need to go up or down with your baggages, but not a big deal.

Excellent location, within a stone throw distance of high end shopping, restaurants and bustling night life. well kept, clean, comfortable.

noise tends to filter, some guests that arrive late, wake you up because of the noise they make. other than that, all is great.
