Hotel Estelar Parque de la 93

The location was very good and safe. And the breakfast was just amazing. We also liked the pool (even though they did not provide slippers), the gym and the room itself was very spacious and comfortable.

The staff did not speak English properly. Hence, it was very difficult to communicate and every now and then we felt unwelcome because of it. The staff at the reception was laughing in our face or seemed annoyed when we had a question and they could not understand us. You would not expect such a behavior in a higher class hotel.

Everything was AWESOME! We stayed for 11 days and we felt almost at home. The management should be very proud of their staff. Starting with Andres at the bar, very friendly and proactive, Johnier, Laura, at the restaurant always giving their best at service, Jhon and Yizbeth at reception, there are names that I can’t remember but all of the staff during our stay made it unforgettable!! We had few things here and there with housekeeping, everything was solved in a good time matter! Our view to the mountains breathtaking!! Location, excellent! Gracias y nos volveremos a ver!!

very safe and pleasant neighbourhood with lots of good restaurants but a 20 minute taxi ride from historical area. room was spacious and quiet and clean. breakfast was a standout. huge variety that changed daily . pool and gym and public areas were very good . very stylish looking property. great value for the money

bed was not super comfortable and bathroom did not have hand held shower or bidet.

The hotel is well decorated and feels warm with lots of wood accents. The bar area is also very nice and welcoming.

Sometimes the wait staff was behind the bar and would not come around to offer service while we were sitting in the bar area. The bed was a bit hard for our taste.

The breakfast is very good, our room was excellent, and with very nice tech features (like Alexa) that made our stay easier and different. The terrace of the hotel is very nice and the staff has always been very helpful. The location is great, very close to many restaurants and within a very nice area of Bogota (next to the French Ambassy).

Some sport equipment and the swimming pool were not properly functioning during our stay. The service from the staff during the breakfast and on the rooftop could be quicker. But overall, great hotel.

the location is ideal, it is near a wonderful park and good restaurants. there is a 24 hour store close by where you can buy a pack of smokes etc also there are one Juan Valdez Coffee shop where you can pick up a quick Americano. my self I like the double espresso without sugar. don’t go to Starbucks on the other side of the park. the hotel has a gym with two thread mills but you can go out and run on the side walk. the location is one of the safest in Bogota. you will see a lot of police patrolling but remember you are Latam, Toto I think we aren’t in Kansas anymore

the restaurant menu gets boring on long stays

Excellent staff, service and very clean. Breakfast was really nice with great variety of food. They had local food also as arepas and different types of breads, juices and fruits. The location is great, you could walk to many restaurants, local stores, banks, and shopping malls.

Everything was excellent. I would come back any time. We had two stays in different dates and it was excellent.

Is very private not too many people that was great, facilities are clean and the rooms have a great view.

My Husband is Vegan and the breakfast didn’t had any good options aside from just fruits. I encounter some rude staff at my check out also the guy from the white cabs at the hotel was rude. They should also had availability of small white cars you don’t want to be stuck in traffic in bogotá in a large van.

The hotel and room were both absolutely gorgeous. The location is great, its walking distance from Parque de la 93 which has a ton of restaurants and coffee shops. The sauna, gym, and rooftop pool were wonderful as well.

The breakfast provided had a lot of fresh fruit but no other options for anyone that is vegetarian or vegan. Keycards are needed in order to use the elevator which is great for security, but the keys stop working frequently. Our stay was 5 nights and we needed to get our keys replaced / reprogrammed 3 times - it wasn't a huge inconvenience but it was a little annoying.

My room was very spacious, classic modern design, all noble materials, beautiful curtains, just great.

A number of drawbacks: – There were no drinking glasses in the room, neither glass nor plastic. – The shower does not allow to control pressure and temperature independently. – No windows can be opened, so that direct ventilation is impossible. – The noise protection against outside noise is perfect, but noise from the corridor or neighbouring rooms enters unfiltered – The breakfast buffet is not really a free buffet, but controlled by the staff. Why such mistrust against guests?
