The reception staff, the breakfast waiters, and the cleaning ladies were awesome. I also needed the facility staff for a small leak in my bathroom; they intervened in no time. Very good service.

WI-FI is poor. I needed it for work, and I couldn't even make calls, not speaking video calls. Even instant messaging was hard in the rooms. Better in the lobby, but I cannot spend my entire stay working in a lobby... The gym is poor too, but having a sauna is a plus.

It s a decent hotel on a good location. The room was clean, the staff is professional. The room had a huge bathtub and a walk-in closet. The vault is huge, can fit all the valuables. Good selection of fruit for breakfast.

The hotel is decent and clean. But it does not meet the standard of 4 stars nor is it luxury stay. Our suite was basic, the kitchen was poorly equiped, the windows are not isolated so all the noise from the street is as if it was by your bed (additionally, we had a room overlooking the constructions so it was really loud). Breakfast is kind of boring.

Location: Lots of restaurants and bars at walking distance. For salsa dancing we tried galeria cafe libro and it was fantastic! Value: we got the business suit. Loved the jacuzzi, bathroom, closet room and space in the living room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Despite a few issues it was a nice experience and we loved it.

No cutlery or plates in the kitchen. We had to ask for them. Only one cup for coffee and only 2 towels for 2 people. The bed was a bit hard but we slept well. The towels were not soft. TV did not work properly but we did not ask the staff to help since we were not in the room that much. No hair drier. I had to ask for it twice because the first one did not work. Breakfast was ok with cold and warm options but not that great. Coffee was pretty good at the breakfast and we tried some local fruits as well.

The room was nice and spacious ,the staff polite and the breakfast correct. The TV has Netflix was good when you want to watch some series or movie in english with spanish subtitled.

The wifi is ok but i lost the connexion sometimes , i didn't see if there is a heating system because the nights in Bogota could be fresh and i could feel it inside the room. You need to get the basics in spanish because a few can speak english but not all of the staff. To take a bath ,to block the water in the bathtub sometimes it doesn't block very well the water so it was difficult to take a real bath.

I stayed in one of the suites - the room was much bigger than I thought from the pictures and had a whirlpool tub, as well as a balcony with a view of the hills. The hotel is on a quiet street, there was construction going on next door but I didn’t notice it most of the time. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to good restaurants and bars, and about a 30-40 minute taxi ride to downtown.

This isn’t the hotel’s fault but be aware that, during rush hour, traffic can be at a standstill in front of the hotel. I had problems getting taxis as a result of this. I would also have loved to have had more Colombian food options at breakfast.

The friendliness of the staff was amazing, always very helpful, especially Valentina, the location of the property close to a lot of restaurants walking distance, very safe, the Bfast was very good

The check in delayed to the problem of the credit card terminals as well they did not accept American Express credit card which is not correct since it is advertised as well they forgot to charge one night of accommodation which upon check out was discovered, but they had 8 days time to discover their mistake and avoid this discussion at 5.00 am upon check out.

Staff really nice, very good understanding of English (try to speak Spanish but it helps with more complex things!) 😀 very reasonable price in a nice area of bogota close to lots of restaurants 👌 Breakfast is fantastic lots of fresh fruit, nice coffee, 😋 extended my stay because it was such a nice place. I highly recommend 👌 ☺️ 👍 👏....... by the way I'm Irish don't know we're the British flag came from haha.

this property is clean. we were 3 two double beds. to my surprise- the room is huge. like two rooms plus area with a table. big beds. smell good. two bathrooms- staff very kind. They helped me to print my e-tickets. breakfast was good - servers very kind - spectacularly Ana, one of the waitresses. that girl should be working like the front desk - she likes to attend to people.

there is a couch in the second floor in the hole way. it’s really-really old and dirt. it gives a bad appearance to the cleanliness of the hotel

Very good hotel in a safe region. The region was safe to walk around, even at night. The staff was very friendly and helped us to prepare and print our documents for departing from the country.

Location was not appropriate, too far from the main sights of the city. However, there was a Park nearby with plenty of choices for food and amusement. In the room each day there were out of the fridge two bottles of water. Traditionally, these are offered free from the hotel and so we used them, but when we checked out, we had to pay at 4-5 times the normal price.

Large and peaceful room, nice balcony, comfortable bed and in an excellent location. The staff were always helpful. The room was always nice and clean. Plenty of storage for clothes and a good safe that is easy to operate.

Breakfast was a bit limited, the tap in the bath did not switch properly between the shower and the bath meaning that you waste a lot of water having a shower as the bath tap is always running. Some plates and cutlery would be useful in the kitchen (you provide a sieve and a grater?) and a greater range of drinks, teas and coffee and milk powder even would be nice.
