Spanish Villa Resort

Location is great, across the street from the beach. Room was ok, internet and tv, stove and microwave.

The staff was almost inexistent, reception was locked almost all the time I was there, even during office hours, and you are provided a phone number for emergencies. The check-in is done via a text message, if you need anything you send a text and they don't necessarily answer in a timely manner.

I love the place, the room is very comfortable and clean. It is in front of the lake. I had walks. I am vegan and there is a restaurant closed to the hotel that offer nice vegan hamburgers. This is my second time in this hotel. I will stay there in my next trip.

It was noisy the air conditioner, but we could sleep.

Great location room was in good condition. Was very spacious and had a full kitchen. Right across from the beach and all the people and staff were great.

The pull out couch was made but it wasn’t clean there was sand a piece of macaroni and a bottle cap in it so we just put our kids in the room with us. It’s also nearly impossible to reach the office by phone or message only way is if you show up in person when they are there from 11-5 other then that we had an amazing stay. Hoping the pool is up and running for next year that would have been a great addition but understand they just bought the property.

Location was great just across the lake. The room was clean and comfortable. Front Desk service was good.

Ice machine and pop machine was locked up and we had to ask the front desk to give us ice. Front desk closed at 4pm so no service after 4pm. Pool was closed.

The location couldn’t be better for kids close to the beach OR for a couple looking to be right in the action. once you park in the courtyard you can walk everywhere and there’s tons to do. I would stay again just for the location alone. Having a full kitchen in each room is awesome too and there’s a foot shower for sandy feet when you walk home from the beach across the street.

The location was amazing it was right across from the beach! It was very clean and comfortable and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay again!

No daily housekeeping. It got to be a bit uncomfortable when the floors were covered in sand from being so close to the beach and no way to clean it up but it wasn’t a big deal.

Newly updated. The carpets last year were looking nasty but the new laminate was so easy to keep clean. Steps from the beach. Well stocked kitchen. Bbq area on site with complimentary bbq use. Loved the keyless entry.

The new beds were not as comfortable as the old ones. Other visitors left the bbq area in a mess (tools and grills not cleaned after use).

Luckily found this resort in front of beach. All days fun. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Everyone in family liked the stay here. Especially front staff very very cooperative and supportive.

All was great.

The room with the kitchenette was very well equipped with everything we needed as well as a decent sized fridge. The air conditioner was great as it was such a hot weekend and the beach was just across the street,we didn’t have to drive at all.

The only minor issue was the bathroom fan as it sounded like a jet aircraft engine spooling up . It really didn’t bother us but it might sound noisy to the guests in the room above at 3am.Also when we checked out the office was closed and I wanted to discuss an issue but no one was available.

The location made it easy to walk everywhere and enjoy without too many worries about driving and parking. The room was decent, staff was very helpful to accommodate requests and clarify anything when asked.

The microwave oven was not really working until we move it to use another outlet. It felt the sofa was a bit old and the carpet does not help to keep it clean when you have sand all around. Washroom soap and shampoo could be better.
