Staff was amazing, friendly, helpful. They were able to answer all of our questions and helped us with anything we need it. Our family rented for room for a family vacation and the convenience was amazing. Five minute walk to beach or restaurants. Five minute drive to groceries and other amenities. Location is spot on, with great pricing for excellent value

the bathroom and the bedding was all very clean so overall it was great But Carpets are old and dirty and Some dishes were not clean. We just needed to make sure we had our shoes on to avoid feet turning gray! I’m guessing the dishes were left over from the previous people not washing properly. 

From the greeting and service at the front desk, to the cleaning services, EVERYTHING was so nice! Such a clean, cute motel! The outside seating area is lovely with lots of chairs and tables, beautiful flowers, happy, chirpy birds and their cute little houses, evening outdoor lighting is so pleasant. The room was clean and tidy and had all the dishes etc, that we needed. And DAILY housekeeping services! Since Covid, I've noticed most motels do not provide this service anymore, but here we had our beds made, clean towels, if needed, vacuuming and anything else required! In case you haven't noticed, I can't say enough good things about our stay! The maintenance man was even kind enough to blow up my floatie! We will DEFINITELY be staying here again!🤗

Quick check in, Fridley staff. Room was quite spacious with Kitchen and 2 mins walk from the beach. There outside sitting area with lights was amazing. We had food with my family everyday outside. I asked for extra towels and coffee and staff was accommodation. Great location, very close to all different kind of cuisines, Walmart is close. This would be my place to stay whenever I visit Penticton again. The main reason if you are in Penticton is to be close to beach this place is meant for you. We did evening walk on the beach and lastly ice cream shop was right there at the hotel. Lovely stay!

Jean or Jeanine at Front Desk is an angel. Groundskeeper very friendly. Beautiful relaxing property with a vintage vibe. A short walk to the most fabulous lake beach and park. Quarter mile to fresh samosas and cold beers. Access to well-kept pool and hot tub at sister property. My room was massive!

Best part of a multi-legged road trip! Only wish could've hung out longer!! Just wonderful.

Loved the courtyard. Loved having my own coffee machine and supplies.

Mattress a little firm for my liking. Parking was a bit of an issue. We drive a truck and only certain spots were big enough. Also people don’t all have sense enough to pull in close enough as to allow others to get past.Signage to say the obvious on tight corners?

surprise of a full kitchenette in the room was amazing. super clean and super warm fuzzy feeling. great service from the front desk and so helpful. We will be staying again in near future. July 24 to 26 th..

the bed could have been nicer, the bed sagged and creaked. Coffee pot ring and handle fell off for me, my husband fixed it. No screen on the window so could not open for fresh air. The lights out side the rooms at night quite bright, had to sleep with a mask.

Kitchen facilities with full size fridge and microwave plus stove and pots, utensils with a table and chairs. Access to the sauna and whirlpool, a nice treat! Proximity to the Skaha lake beach park. Easy access to the highway,, reception services. Convenient parking near the motel. Quiet area, reasonable price for the excellent facilities. Large 2 bedroom suite

Cold bathroom-

Great location close to the beach and other amenities. Grounds were kept neat and tidy. Hot tub and sauna room were clean and relaxing

Thick layer of dust on the ceiling fan and air conditioner, only one small mirror above the sink, pillows were paper thin.

We were a adult family of 5. Room had two separate bedrooms with kitchen, bathroom and couch in between them. Was perfect. Loved how we could walk outside the room and sit in the lawn chairs and drink coffee. The bbqs were also a plus!

The bed was a little stiff. The property itself was outdated but we were here for the beach. The ice cream store in the building was closed. Would have been excellent if it had been opened. The pool was indoors would have loved it if it was outdoor instead. All in all we loved this place and will return.

I think it is time that they open the pool, we have been in a pandemic for over 18 months other hotels have found a way to reopened their pools with limited capacity, they need to figure it out, if the pandemic last for another 18 months is the pool going to be closed for all that time? They could also invest in new beds.
