The room seems like a Five Star Hotel. it is big and comfortable, very quiet. ⭐️ ⭐️ we would definitely go back to this hotel someday. the staff are great. they are all consistently kind, polite, respectful even though we are young Asians! how comforting to be treated nicely by them bec in Brussels we were attacked by a group of young European racists; bec of this we got scared to take the metro; the hotel helped us book a taxi instead. the hotel is a walking distance from the grand plaza. conveniently located! btw, they even left a note in our room congratulating us for our honeymoon and they gave us expensive chocolates. how sweet of them. when we needed to store our luggage for a few hours, they conveniently and safely stored them for us, too.

The lounge and breakfast/bar area have been renovated since I last stayed there. I found the new setting a win. The breakfast buffet is indeed good. As usual, the hotel is spotless. The staff is professional, friendly and supportive.

The desk in the room would need a more suitable office-like chair as due to the current combination, any office work in the room is unnecessarily tiring. Also, construction noise (only now and then) from renovations in a neighbouring house, but the hotel provides earbuds (I didn't need them as it was not that bad). However, construction work close by should be mentioned before guests book as it can be a problem during a conference call/web meeting.

Modern, stylish, beautiful hotel with amazing staff who were super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast spread each morning and a nice evening/all day menu. Facilities were all very clean. Great location, walking distance to all of the sites. Metro station right next door.

Nothing it was perfect for us. There is a construction site next door however we did not hear a thing during our stay.

Staff was very friendly and quick to assist. The shower was a very nice waterfall style shower. The room was spacious enough to lay out two large suitcases and comfortably walk around. It’s a good location for sight seeing. Belgian chocolate making class, the grand-place, and the mannekin pis statue are all within 10 minutes walking.

Breakfast is €29 a person, which is a bit too much, but there’s a good selection of food (buffet style). Be careful about getting up while dining because the waiter won’t hesitate to gather your plate. My partner and I got up to grab coffee mid-meal and came back to an empty table, and had to grab food again.

We really enjoyed our stay here for one week. Very convenient location to the central train station which made it very easy for us to take the train out of town for day trips but also easy walking distance to old center of town and most things tourists would want to see. The room was a good size and housekeeping was sure to bring us refreshed toiletries, towels, and bottles of water every day - even if we had the do not disturb sign up, they would leave those for us by the door each day. The attention to the little things was notable. For example, there is ongoing construction next door. They notified us about it at check in and, upon entering our room, there were 2 sets of earplugs and a kind note from the manager. We are used to city noise and didn't need the earplugs at all during our stay, but appreciated the kind gesture.

There was very little to nothing we didn't like. The room had many scuff marks on the wall? Perhaps those could be cleaned - but the cleanliness of the things that mattered was good. Perhaps worth noting that the double bed is two twin beds pushed together, if that bothers you. But I imagine that is par for the course with most European hotels.

Small but very clean and neat hotel - location is right in the centre of it all with major attractions only a few steps away - receptionists are very well mannered and happy to help - restaurant staff are also friendly - breakfast is fair and complete for the price you pay - the bed sheets and pillows are super clean which is very important to my wife! A small crew is managing the hotel and you can tell everyone knows their job well. Room service was super fast which shows you that they are well trained not to make guests wait or they simply care! Either way, we were very happy with our stay.

The room key did not work due to a glitch and they could not fix it during our stay. To have to ask the receptionists to open the door to your room every time you need access, is a bit awkward! Even though they were happy to do it but still it left a mixed feeling.

Amazing hotel! Excellent location, very close to the historic / touristic center and all the restaurants. The breakfast is simply outstanding, with and incredible buffet. The staff was very polite. Room with good space, very clean, bed and pillows (pun intended) also very comfortable. Some amenities in the bathroom and closet. Nice shower.

Not much, to be sincere. The street is currently under some restorations / construction, so some noises generated there, but probably for a limited time (temporary), and our sleep wasn't affected whatsoever. And it was not by all means hotel's fault (they even apologized for it in a letter on the bed, but It is totally comprehensible).

The location is perfect! Next to the central station, busses, metro - anything. The staff is very polite and client oriented though I asked for scissors and there was no any. Room cleanliness was superb (you can even feel new carpets aroma)

Since the reception is next to the garage entrance there is strong smell of exhaust no matter what time of the day. I personally don't know how the staff manages this, I would quit. I haven't tried breakfast there though the place and the menu looked quite attractive. You can have breakfast anywhere in the closes area basically.

The location was great, very central and close to the main Brussels Central Railway Station. Also a 5-10 minute to Grand Place and many of the attractions. Rooms very spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice Nespresso coffee machine and plenty of complimentary water. Had a family room on the 7th floor which was essentially 2 double rooms joint via a large Jack and Jill style bathroom. Very secure if you have small children as door from room is in main bedroom so young children could not exit room with out parents knowing. The public areas are lovely - modern, clean and fresh. We did not have breakfast or dinner in the hotel but the menus looked good. We visited the bar on several occasions and there was a good choice of drinks and bar snacks served with drinks. Frederick the bar tender was very friendly. There was a small but adequate gym on 7th floor. Would stay here again and highly recommend to others.

Nothing. Some building work going on outside property but hotel mentioned this when booking, provided ear plugs but to be honest it was not disruptive at all or impacted stay. Only mentioning it as it may put others of booking hotel and it shouldn’t. Hotel was well sound proofed.
