The backyard was peaceful and quiet.
Seemed more like a house repurposed as a motel, entry through the side glassdoor normally for going into backyard, toilet is not the best state and the soap dispenser is faulty. Light is on the other end of the room, very inconvenient when you return in the dark as you have to navigate in darkness to turn on the lights.

Peaceful, beautiful gardens, privacy, yet within walking distance of local stores and shoreline. Management were friendly, accommodating, and very responsive to any queries.
It's great to have the microwave in the room, but would have been a bit more useful if the room included some basics like plates and cutlery.

The lady on reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The undercover parking was an unexpected bonus, especially as the weather was rainy.
We felt it was maybe a little overpriced but we booked it for the location and proximity to the Bay Ferry so were happy to pay the extra.

We were greeted with a friendly face, and when we arrived early were told we could check in early, and the manager found a room for us as we had an early wedding and needed to change due to traveling from out of town.
As there was limited transport in the area for late night we took our car, and when we returned found that there was no car park space so we had to leave our car on the street, and the street was not very wide.

All accommodation is expensive for what you get these days, but at least this place is neat as a pin, lovely landscaping and clean rooms.

Honestly it was a very nice stay and the location was perfect for the event we were attending. I loved the mini milk we were given too!
The one and only qualm I had was parking, had to park out on the street which luckily was easy enough to do.
