Our room was on the back of the hotel and very quiet. Was fantastic to see 2 hotplates in the kitchen and a good supply of tea, coffee and milk (we always take our own as there is rarely more than a few or each) The location is great, only a short walk to the foreshore, park and train station made it easy to relax and enjoy our time in sunny Qld.

Not much really, the price made up for the ageing building, everything was clean. One thing to watch though is due to us having 2 young boys sleeping on roll out beds, which blocked easy access, I hit my head hard on the staircase trying to get out to the enclosed courtyard where the children were.

Location was great. Walking distance to everything you need. Staff were super helpful and amazing. Tracey went above and beyond for us before and after our cruise. Housekeeping lady was lovely and asked us each morning if we needed anything. Room is great although the hallway needs better ventilation. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Brisbane. Loved that the bar was opened until late. Teisha in the bar was the best server and I hope her singing career eventually takes off. Fig restaurant was a nice place to eat lunch and watch the cricket on the big screen in the garden.

The uptight neighbours at Lato Baio that couldn’t allow you to enjoy drinks in the beer garden after 10pm and that only 6 people could be out there at a time.

Perfect location, close to ocean, shops, train station and restaurants. Reasonable price. Studio style townhouse with a balcony on each floor. Laundry facilities on ground floor $3 a cycle.

Pretty sure the split system a/c and the exhaust fan filter over the dual burner stove top has never been cleaned. Balconies were unkept with excessive dead leaves and dirty tables and rails. The hallway was lined with single bed mattresses and one entrance had both mattresses and couches stacked up in the foyer area. The first floor balcony sliding glass door lock is very hard to lock, the part that the door locks into moves, preventing it locking.

Had trouble with booking, even though I'd even paid in advance, the property had no record of stay... Instantly staff were apologetic and tried to figure out the issue before refunding me and comping me the contractors quarters. Room was not designed for comfort or convenience but was serviceable, especially when I just needed some here to sleep after surgery. Thank you to the women(sorry I missed her name) for being helpful and accommodating, you certainly weren't obligated to do so.

The booking through this site not going through, almost creating a serious issue.

we’ll set out, location to where we needed to be was great. restaurant served a mean 400grm steak cooked to perfection also the rsl is at the bottom of the road. lots of tradies stay there we were there during the week and at weekend never heard any rowdiness at all. close to shopping centre. friendly staff good parking.

room service every 3 days, just to make the bed and vacuum, no fresh towels unless you went and asked. important areas, bed and bathroom clean, noticed the tv was not. electrical socket near bed up by the ceiling😂

We stayed in one of the newly refurbished 2 story mezzanine apartments. Well appointed, clean and quiet. The staff I encountered were exceptionally friendly and helpful

The room still had an overwhelming smell of paint having been so recently refurbished, this was a bit of a struggle as a migraine sufferer. The stairs are a little bit hazardous to navigate at night time as the only toilet is upstairs and if you have a 3rd person in your group, they will be sleeping on the downstairs sofa. Some king of strip lighting would be advantageous

The room was clean, and unlike other motels in the area (with same pricing), hotel staff fully clean the room as per their 3-day clean policy. Staff were very helpful with the mail I received at the property. Easy to order food from nearby restaurant using QR code available in the room.

The room had a weird smell, which I think originates from the cupboard that contains the toaster and other kitchen stuff.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was very cosy and had all of the facilities necessary for our week long stay. Everything that we needed was in the immediate vicinity which made our stay very convenient. We would definitely stay here again on future trips! There was plenty of car parking and even a cinema across the road 🙌

Everything was great. Even netflix account logged in on the telly, happy days! Beds comfy, kitchenette quite adequate, shower wonderful, great water pressure and bathroom clean and inviting. Apartment is well maintained, clean and roomy. Balcony area small but adequate for a couple of drinks. Far enough away from the pub and gaming rooms to be family friendly accommodation. Would highly recommend the Berrima 2 story mezzanine loft apartments here.

Noise from other apartments seemed to filter through to our apartment. Not excessive but noticeable for me in the early hours of the morning, kids slept through.

Very good value for money, walking distance to beach/ food ect. Clean room, comfy bed. Carpark right in front of room. Quick drive to airport!

Reception locked when we checked in after 2pm. Reception also locked when we tried to return key, people at gaming/restaurant didn’t really know what’s going on which seemed very unprofessional BUT otherwise really nothing to complain about!
