The location was good, the beds were super comfy I liked how it had a couch and that I was in the front room so j could people watch

The pool made me auper ichy, oots of wasps in there too not anyones fault those buggers are stupid No microwave or any for the hotel that I was aware of, the cleaning could have been better there was lipstick on the cups and a few bugs on window sealing and floor and a massive crockroach had come in and semi died on the floor, would be awesome if they changed from hotel to long term rental help out Australians finding somewhere to live

Proximity to Hamilton Wharf area and other places we needed to be. Self check-in was fairly seamless.

Queen bed was very hard. Single was comfy. Shower area overflowed quickly due to the tiny drain and low lip. Bathroom door wouldn't shut due to swelling from leaking shower recess. Verandah rail rusted and loose! Room smelled musty, even with air-conditioning on. It was comfy enough for one night. It was a very busy weekend in Brissie, so all motels were over-priced, including this one!

Comfy mattress, all in one shampoo and body wash was OK. Pretty big TV for such a cheap room. Good parking accessible from main street or back street if traffic is terrible

There are no waterfront views unless you walk 10 minutes. Only view I got was someone else's backyard. The "tea and coffee maker" is actually a kettle

The room was large and comfortable. Good location and has free parking close to the room.

The check in has to be completed online, this was cumbersome, particularly after learning that on arrival after a long day. Took over 30 minutes to get into my room after the back and forth with the help desk and filling out the form. I would like someone to be at reception on arrival.

Clean, comfortable, easy to book in. keyless access by code worked well.

Entry to property was somewhat indistinct in heavy traffic and after dark. minimal time to react to entry in heavy traffic on busy main thoroughfare. Not being welcomed to facility by a person was bit off putting for first time.

Great location to the north side of Brisbane ams airport etc. The room spacious, large bathroom with good water pressure and lots of hot water, bar fridge, free WiFi, a good air conditioner and lots of free parking and some under cover. 2 minute walk to Woolworths Metro and many eateries. 2 petrol stations very close. Short walk to the river walk and ferries.

The check in procedure communication was good However some of the doors wouldn't open with the code provided. After a phone call was made I was told to keep trying other doors. I've never seen so.many stains on the carpet in a hotel room before, many rust spots in the bath tub and there was a table to use, but no seat. The only place to sit down was on the bed.

We were able to access our room early which was great as we had to take our rental car back early so could leave luggage in our room. Tidy and clean room.

It would have been handy to have had some cutlery other than a teaspoon as we had bread and so forth but couldn't use it.

Very clean, good location, surprisingly quiet given the location.

Shower over the bath, difficult for older people especially. There was a minor issue with the bar fridge which I reported. It was running constantly so we switched it off overnight. I also received multiple emails from the site telling me to provide my security details after I had done it. Always an issue with automated systems I guess.

My door code stopped working 5 minutes before 10am (checkout) and I couldn’t get back into my room to keep collecting my belongings. I had a friendly cleaner assist by letting me in.

The property is in a great location and close to the ICB road network to move from Hamilton to South bank and the City in 10 to 15 mins. The rooms are clean and the staff very helpful. When you compare the rates for the room per night, it really is at the top of the tree for “value for money”, it’s not 5 star so don’t expect it to be, otherwise spend 4 times the room charge and go elsewhere. A great product at a great price through booking.com..

I would dearly like to enjoy a coffee and a “cigarette” on the room balcony, tho it’s another “no smoking on premise” policy. A shame for a simple private pleasure. Otherwise all ok.!!
