Pet friendly and large garden areas to walk dogs. Close to the shopping area and ramps to motorways. Was everything as described. Office had good communication

It was pet friendly, good value for money, close to the city and amenities.

The parking lot was cramped for room when full. We could hear the people in adjacent rooms loud and clear.

The location is ideal. Not too far from Westfield Mall and the city. Our room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Michelle is absolutely fabulous and very accommodating. I asked to add a bed a few days out from arrival. This wasn't a bother. Michelle even sent me a text to say where the key would be located and that she had turned the air-con on for us. She also gave us a call after we left as we had left shopping behind. Luckily we were only a few houses over! Such a great stay, reasonably priced and you really can't go wrong with this location!!

The location was excellent as it was only a few doors down to the family and also closed to Garden City! Transportation is even better, the bus stops are right outside on the main road! We also found it good as it was close to food (KFC, Yahoo Restaurant and Garden City's loads of food options!)

Nothing I can think of.. everything was excellent. Check out was even more quick and easy! It was hard to check out because we wanted to stay longer but other than that.. we had too much fun!!

My room was very clean and comfortable. When I requested an alternative password to faster WIFI, Michelle was very quick to provide it.

There was no-one manning the reception desk when I arrived at 3pm and I didn't have a code to access the safe with my unit key. After about half an hour I managed to get hold of Michelle and she very apologetically provided me with the code I needed. Also, I struggled to fill up the sink and wash my dishes because the kitchen sink plug was too small.

We really liked the location and size of room, was extremely comfy and very convenient. We loved the fact we could use the laundry room and was able to wash all our clothes. We had been travelling prior and this was a great bonus. Staff were always friendly and happy to help. The BBQ area was great, the kids love BBQ's and was able to use this whenever we wanted.

Nothing, was a great stay and had a great time. there was plenty of parking and was off the road and was very quiet.

Absolutely brilliant place to stay, easy access to the motorway and close to shops and the city/southbank etc. Room was well appointed with a little kitchenette. Lovely grounds, well looked after and the two ladies I met were so lovely. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Double bed, would have loved a Queen. But not deal breaker, will stay again.

I liked that it was set back from busy Logan road, affordable and comfortable for my overnight stay

The big centre window in room 1 could open out from the inside but had no latch or lock to keep the room secure, I had to push it closed from outside but it still wasn't actually closed properly because there's nothing to keep it closed. Huge gap under the front door. Spare blankets in cupboard were dirty

It was clean and comfortable and had a nice kitchen area in the room, TV and wifi. Although the bathroom was slightly dated, it was clean and spacious and the shower had excellent pressure and hot water. The staff were wonderful and clearly take pride in the place!

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property, out of all the motels we’ve ever stayed in (30+) this is actually one of my favourites.
