Solnamara Beachfront Apartments

Solnamara has been a family favourite for accommodation on the Gold Coast. On our first visit since the pandemic, the public areas had been refreshed, were beautifully presented and had extra security in place. The apartment, which was generously sized, was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was really really comfortable. The best things about Solnamara are the fabulous view and the friendly management. It is a great place to holiday!

There is major construction on the nearby Gold Coast Hwy. with road closures but it's really a minor inconvenience. We have always loved staying on The Esplanade in Burleigh Heads and there is not much to complain about except it's too.popular!

Great location. and great views. Having a car spot under cover was very important for us, so that was definitely excellent. Very friendly and accommodating managers , who looked after our luggage , while we were picking up the family from the airport , put our luggage in the apartment and texted us when the apartment was ready, as we arrived before the check in time ie great service.

The view was absolutely unbelievable. You have the sea out the front and the mountains out the back, you can see the sunset the whole way around the apartment. It was so dreamy. Great size for us 4. Location is unreal, easy check in, pool was fab and never busy. Def will be coming back here.

Only small thing was we would have loved the option of having two queen beds instead of having to push two single together in one of the rooms.

The Solnamara is well located along the esplanade. It is walking distance to shops clubs pubs. Reception staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment which was safe clean and met expectations. Although not new, the Solnamara is a good spot to stay - would definitely stay here again

Not the fault of the Solnamara but night roads works tend to be a tad noisey.

The apartment exceeded our expectation, had great kitchen and laundry facilities, very well maintained, clean and modern, lovely managers and central to amenities. We would definitely stay there again and it spoiled us for the next part of our holiday in Mooloolaba as the apartment there was nowhere up to the same standard as Solnamara.

The location!!! Beach just across the road. Playground across the road, lots of cafes for coffee nearby. Being walking distance to everything is very handy with kids. Heated pool was amazing too! Three bedroom apartment was very spacious and loved how the living area was down the hall from the bedrooms.

The room needed a deep clean. It wasn’t enough to ruin the stay but was noticeable, such as the plugs in the bathroom sinks and carpets. Also no Bbq area in the resort and had to use the bbqs in the park across the road. This was fine as it was so close but the bbqs weren’t very good quality. Only one small fry pan in the room wasn’t enough also.

The staff were friendly, the room was lovely and I loved the ability to park securely. The heated pool a bonus as beach access is straight across the road. Beautiful spot.

The location was fabulous, the apartment was modern and beautifully set up. Couches and beds were comfortable, bathrooms were modern

We would like to have had access to Netflix or other streaming sites on the Tv ..there was a problem with the Tv and no code to access the fetch box to access streaming

The location was fantastic - with great views and lots of windows in the living areas. Also liked that the two separate bedrooms were some distance from the master bedroom. Overall great.

I found the bed in the master bedroom uncomfortable (hard) but my husband liked it (you can't please everyone!) Also some of the blinds in the master bedroom were a bit broken (panel missing)

beachfront location , close to shops for groceries and surf club to eat out. Hosts were very helpful and pleasant. Not too crowded with other guests. Quiet location at night away from the clubs and nightlife in surfers and broadbeach.
