Horizons Motel

The location was perfect for our trip, which was to attend a rugby league match at Robina. Being lowset also suited due to my husband's poor knees. The room was neat and tidy and had everything we needed. Value for money.

The pillows were a bit too soft but there were plenty of them. The hot water in the shower took a while to come through.

the owner was very nice and even let us check out late as we wanted the next day at no extra charge which was really nice as we couldn’t check in to other motel that we were staying in next day till 2pm so it was really nice when the owner of the horizon said we could stay as long as we need to the next day at no charge not many motels will do that highly recommend the horizon motel mermaid beach

no there wasn’t anything I didn’t like everything was great

Location was great for price just a 2 min walk to the beach, restaurants and cafes. There was a lovely pool area, room was good motel quality and free parking!

The ladder in the pool was a bit old-school but nothing to complain about or anything.

The parents room with the shared living/additional bedroom space with living and kitchenette was just enough for our overnight stay. Kids had a great time in the pool. Will definitely consider for an overnight stay when next passing through.

We had a quiet and comfortable room with no highway noise. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean, recently painted and well appointed. Apart from a grocery shop on the first night, we didn't need to move the car; we walked to the beach, café and Surf Life Saving Club. The pool was clean and a lovely temperature. Kim was very welcoming and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable.

Very expensive for what it was but it was during the Easter weekend so that would be why the prices were higher than normal

The manager/owner lady was so lovely and was a comfortable little motel

Great location.... close to major places, relatively quite.....lovely greeting at reception, friendly helpful and accommodating service.

Could do with a little updating and cosmetic work internally and externally but not a dealer breaker.

Easy to found, close to Nobbys beach. Clean bedroom, bathroom. Aircon and TV great. Fridge and coffe and Tea facilities perfect.

Shower pressure a little bit slow.

Friendly staff and great location, clean room.

Taxi didnt pick me up even though I booked the day before. Rang several times, left me stranded.
