Montego Sands Resort

Location was great so close to the beach. Easy to check in and all contactless. The Queen beds were comfortable.

I booked for 4 people in 2 apartments but the sofa beds were not made up. The four people don't sleep together as they are adult siblings and I should have made a special request to leave sheets and a blanket for the 2 sofa beds. Luckily I live nearby in the same street so I took them sheets but the sofa beds were just terrible - the mattress was too thin and all the springs poked up and was incredibly uncomfortable. And it caved in like a hammock when a body laid on it so we had to lay the mattress on the floor. Ridiculous. The sofa beds are not suitable to sleep on

Great position. I didn’t want to spend huge money as I was waiting to take keys for my new home. I was made to feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

It was clean very well presented and easy access to their parking. The unit was very well supplied with everything I needed. I would definitely stay there again. Close to the beach and walking path in the mornings.

Location excellent. Facilities great walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, casino and surf club.

We were second story - no lifts - difficult with luggage. Workmen next door early start - bit noisy but understand that is out of Montegos control. Once building next door is finished, that will be eliminated.

Easy after hours check in. It was a quiet spot- despite construction next door. Enough room for the three of us for our short stay, walking distance to the Glink tram and beach. Carpark underground- height was not a problem for our 4x4. Kitchenette, washer and dryer all provided. Friendly staff.

Considering the good price there was nothing to complain about. A little dated furniture and bedding, but perfectly fine.

close proximity to the seaside and the affordability

the property is not really modern like other more expensive accommodation. But the bed was comfortable howbeit a bit noisy when moving. Really good hot water and pressure. the apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. Quite adequate without the frills. Would stay there again. new manager (Lillian) went out of her way to help.

A wonderful stay which met our needs. The apartment was clean and close to the tram. Great secure parking. The staff were friendly and helpfully met our needs for a later check-in.

As the bathroom door was a french door, unfortunately the bathroom could have been more private. However that was such a minor factor! The decor and furniture was a tad outdated, but once again, a very minor factor!

Great location. So close to the beach for a stroll and water as well as the main area in Broadbeach was a short walk away for dinner, drinks or groceries The apartment had everything I needed. Also, really great service from the apartment managers when I stuffed up my booking dates. They were really kind and helped me figure it out without making me feel bad about my mistake. Really great. I also loved the easy access to the spa :)

The location was good, close to Pacific Fair shopping centre & dining experiences in Broadbeach. It was clean & comfortable.

There was construction happening next door & they decided to start early on a Saturday morning, didn't really appreciate that.

We arrived late, check in was super easy. Room was fine, we didn't have time to test the pool. Close to beach and easy walk to shops. We normally stay down the road and love the area. Would recommend and staff were friendly. Would stay again.

Construction next door but obviously a temp thing that won't be there in the future.

Lill who checked us in was so lovely, friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic- short walk to the beach, great cafes and the light rail. Bed was ridiculously comfortable.

It is a bit dated, but the hotels price is reflective of that (much cheaper than anything else in the immediate area).
