Broadbeach Pacific Resort

the location was fantastic & the apartment had everything you needed and was very clean & pool, spa & sauna we’re all fantastic.

we arrived at 12.30 & no one had let us know they closed on a Saturday at 12 even though they messaged to ask our arrival time. when we called them at front of units we were told the room was ready but we had to wait till 2pm for check in & we couldn’t even leave our bags inside in the foyer area so had to carry them around with us which was a bit disappointing as if we’d known that we wouldn’t have gone straight there from Aitport

Absolutely loved it. We had a 2 bedroom apartment that was very clean and view of the beach!!!! There were 3 balconies, washer, dryer, fridge, plenty of cupboard space. The main balcony had a table with 4 chairs, great for just sitting and watching the world go by. The location is superb, just half a block to the beach and half a block to all of Broadbeach’s restaurants and a 4 min walk to the public transport. Both the main bedroom and living room had TVs as well as an air conditioner in the living room and fans in the bedrooms. The pool was very clean and not cold, just perfect for cooling down in the hot weather. Finally it was such great value for money, would definitely stay here again

Absolutely nothing, could not fault a thing.

Great location, rooms were spacious and had all the facilities we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room had great ocean views. The value for money was second to none.

Parts of the rooms and facilities are old, dated and some things broken. Some of the rooms have been refurbished so the deluxe rooms might be the best option if this is a big factor for you. Also the air conditioner is great when in the living/kitchen/ dining area, but our room didn't have an AC, only a ceiling fan, which can make it warm at night.

Garbage collection in the street at 6.30 am every day can't be helped by the accommodation but it happens and is noisy. Our room should have been serviced halfway through the stay, but it wasn't. Spoke to desk and they had it listed as being done so hope they follow up to see why it was missed.

The lady at the reception desk was really helpful and lovely (Thank you Sue!). Location is great, less than 5 minutes from the beach, minutes away from many choices of eateries and grocery store and 15 minutes from Pacific Fair Shopping Center. The apartment was well equipped too.

Room service is not free, but that just means we pay less for the stay :) No heater in the bedroom but blankets were comfy enough.

Excellent location, easy walking distance to beach, restaurants, Surf Club, shopping center and public transport. Very clean and comfortable apartment with ocean views. Extremely friendly and helpful management/staff. Free and secure undercover parking.

Wi-fi could be improved. Unfortunately, a major demolition nearby meant it was very noisy from 0700 to 1700, nothing that management can control.

Beautiful apartment, great kitchen and amazing balcony - spent many hours people watching and reading books. Front desk staff were lovely and so accommodating when I arrived early on check-in day. Really close to Oasis for shopping, eating and Woolies, and just over the road from the beach.

Sofa was not particularly comfortable to sit on.

Very well equipped kitchen, with sharpened kitchen knives a real bonus.

The description of the apartment on booking.com inaccurately listed an extra bathroom. There was only one (1) bathroom. When we raised this with the receptionist she said there are no two (2) bathroom apartments anywhere in the resort and booking.com has been asked to amend the description on their website to reflect this.

The location of the Broadbeach Pacific Resort is fantastic - so close to main area of Broadbeach and so close to the beach. The Management was fantastic made our stay wonderful with a gift as we were travelling celebrating some family events.

There is nothing I didn't like - it was a great property

Easy late check in, amazing views to the beach, good facilities and easy parking.

The curtains didn't block all of the sun out in the bedroom. I would have also liked curtains on the kitchen window but apart from that the apartment was brilliant.
