Lovely, clean and bright accom. Great pool/spa area. Staff were lovely.

No storage/cupboards/shelves at all in one of the bedrooms. One of us had to hang out clothes in a collogues room - not appropriate for the situation. Not enough comfortable seats in the living room. The apartment sleeps 6 but there was only one couch which 2 people could comfortably sit on and a lounge chair which looked nice but not so comfortable. Def not enough for 6 people. There were only 3 of us but only 2 could sit and relax comfortable in the lounge area. Booking was for 3 double beds. Upon arrival one bedroom had twin beds so bedding configuration was not as requested.

Loved this property. Great value for money. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Broadbeach! The rooms were super clean and modern and had everything you needed and more! Paid for an ocean view upgrade but when we arrived it was only partial/side ocean views and the staff removed the cost of the upgrade without hesitation. Great customer service!

All three beds (including the main bedroom) were only doubles so it was a little tight with two adults and the pillows were too full/solid for a side/tummy sleeper so ended up using the decorative cushions to sleep with haha! Easy fix for hotel though and then couldn’t fault a thing!

The apartment was fantastic, great views of beach & Hinterland. The kitchen was well equiped with everything you need if you wanted to do any cooking. The apartment was styled beautifully. The pool & facilities on the second floor were fabulous.

We were in a 3 bedroom apartment (Apt. 1001) we had one issue which was that the refrigerator made a terrible noise which vibrated into the main bedroom. We mentioned it to reception & they were aware of the problem. During the evening we turned refrigerator off & turned back on next morning.

We loved absolutely everything! The beautiful apartment, the Gold Coast views, the well maintained facilities, the excellent location, the secure parking, the lovely amenities, the comfortable furnishings, the generous room provisions, the well equipped kitchen, the heated spa, the relaxing pool area and the friendliness & helpfulness of the staff. We had a most enjoyable family holiday at the Vue & loved our apartment on the 17th floor!!! A spectacular ocean view which made it difficult to leave the balcony!!!

We could not fault a single aspect of our 2 night stay! Oh just the part where we had to go home!!!

Its was just a all round beautiful apartment. Fit the family well and has all the mod cons needed when travelling with family . All enjoyed the sauna/ pool/ hot spa. Veiw was great , reception ladys were lovely and very welcoming 10/10 😀

The balcony was dirty , Table was very sticky and the floor tiles were very sandy , needed to sweep and clean it or have a mat so that you could wipe your feet before going inside . Main Shower in (room 601) The shower head falls down but still workable 😊

Absolutely loved the location to the beach, it's a short walking distance. Loved the view from the apartment, our apartment faced the ocean and Broadbeach district views that was pretty at night. The apartment itself was a great size for a family of 4. It had all the amenities (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher) we needed and we enjoyed breakfast on the balcony. The pool for the complex is smaller than we expected but we still enjoyed it and we loved the spa and sauna. The apartment building and facilities is kept very clean and great staff (especially Brodie) who always met our requests. Nothing was bothersome. The grocer around the corner is great for salads, breakfasts and anything you might need.

We didn't like the couch/sofa in the TV room. It was uncomfortable. The pillows in the bedrooms were too high. We did request low profile pillows which helped.

Location is excellent and situated near all the best cafes and dining Gold Coast has to offer. Close enough to Surfers Paradise to quickly get there but far away enough to relax. Check in was smooth and front desk staff (especially Brodie!) were excellent. Very clean, secure and Child friendly apartment. Swipe card access required for front door, elevator, room, garage so you feel safe throughout your trip. Secure Parking space, towels and beach towels, sample size toiletries provided. Woolworths at The Oasis is a short drive to get what you need for longer stay. Smart TVs in living and master bedroom great for Netflix, Disney+ etc which was a godsend for the kids. Managed to make a few basic meals for kids breakfast and snacks.

Very stylish accommodation in a great location, great amenities, staff were great and welcoming with our kids. The outdoor bbq area was cool and the swimming pool was heated. There are cafes, parks, the beach and shops all in walking distance and reception had prams for borrowing.

The pillows were so hard we ended up sleeping with none the first night, we notified reception and they bought us softer pillows for the next night.

Property is good interns of cleaning and location. Parking was cool. Late night checkin was very easy and welcoming and exceeded expectation. But too expensive. We tried to extend the booking but unfortunately it was expensive again so tried to book a cheaper option in Burleigh. That was marina shore club resort. It was just 200 per day and facilities were more than what vue had to offer. Bit old style but location was awesome. Very clean. Beach opposite. However, we met a lovely helpful couple who stay next door to us. Overall good experience and family was happier.

Beds are small. It was 2 bedroom apartment only but price is of 3bedroom apartment because 3rd room is study room. Study is converted into a bedroom. Kitchen misses pans and pots.

Luxury apartments one block back from beach. High specs throughout and very well maintained. Views of beach and mountains with floor to ceiling windows everywhere. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and went the extra mile. Facilities were well maintained and a great bonus. Could walk or ride to lots, or catch the tram to things further afield.

Three days and two nights was not long enough.
