Pacific Regis Beachfront Holiday Apartments

Second time we stayed at Pacific Regis and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect, amazing views and short walk to the beach, shops and cafes. The apartment was clean and very comfortable with everything we needed. We love the heated pool, great for our daughter at this time of the year that it is still a bit cold. The staff was able to accommodate a room high up as requested and called to let us know about construction happening next door, and was also happy to switch the apartment to the side opposite to construction, which we found very thoughtful. We will definitely be staying here in our next visit to Burleigh.

Jacuzzi was not working on the last day, but we did manage to enjoy it at the start of our stay.

We’ve stayed at the Pacific Regis a number of times and always enjoy our stay. The location and facilities are fantastic. Staff are welcoming. On site parking is convenient. Terrific wifi. The apartment had Foxtel access which was excellent.

There is significant variation in the ‘premium’ standard apartments. We’ve stayed at ones which certainly fall into this category. This time around the premium apartment was older, there was limited bedding provided, the lights were faulty in the main bathroom and the tv in the bedroom didn’t work. There was limited equipment provided in the kitchen (no oven trays or ice cube trays - just little things but added up to make us query the premium price we paid)

Amazing location and views. Had everything we needed to be comfortable. Although we stayed in a “standard” apartment as opposed to a deluxe we were perfectly happy with our little home away from home and would happily stay in the same apartment next time. It was very comfortable and secure and had amazing views and we saw lots of whales from our lounge room!

Being a self contained apartment it would be great if it had some basics such as salt and pepper, spare toilet rolls, rubbish bags etc.

The location has great, close to shops, opposite to park and beach. Our apartment was on level 14 which had a lovely view of the ocean and Surfers Paradise from the lounge room, master bedrooms and balcony. Our bed was very comfortable.

Next door was a construction site, so some noise was evident during the day. The sauna was not working and the gym equipment was rusty and uninviting. Strangely there was only 3 dining chairs in a room that slept 4 people. Minor rust to the metal fittings like toilet roll holders etc. however, this must be common for properties near salty air.

Located on 15th floor with awesome views of the coast & inland. Located centrally, close to beach, hotel, surf club, bowling club, The Pavilion restaurants :) shopping in James Street precinct, cafe's and coffee / bakery shops. Just the perfect place to relax, walking tracks, bus services to Pacific Fair ... all so convenient without need for a car. AND the weather was kind ... 21 degrees in Winter, sunny days.

We thought the hosts / reception area could have been a bit more friendly, helpful in simply a smile or welcome as we came & left the apartments. The tennis court, gym equipment could use an upgrade, clean. Nothing significant to dislike .... wonderful place.

The owners are friendly and very helpful. The location is amazing and the rooms are clean and very spacious. The indoor pool/spa area was great for kids in the cooler months.

Unfortunately there was a construction building next door and that was our main view. Not the owners fault, however if we had know we would’ve booked a different room.

Location was perfect. Staff were really nice and helpful. The rooms were huge, the indoor heated pool, sauna and hot tubs were great. Everything was provided for in kitchen and laundry.

Bit old and tired. In need of some work and sprucing up. Tape on windows, the jets in the bath didn't work. The internet was very glitchy. Tv foxtel kept dropping out

I loved the location, being so close to the beach, playgrounds and shops. We loved the variety of pools and spas as we were able to keep the kids happy no matter what the weather was like.

I would have like to see more provided in terms of kitchen supplies, and washing powder and detergent etc., but I know this isn’t the norm. And the apartment felt a little sparse, without any doormats or a clothes airer or a broom which made it hard to keep the place tidy.

Super friendly gentleman manning the reception desk and greeted us to the hotel. Handover of keys and info to get in and out was also easy. View was incredible, room size was also brilliant and the place was spacious, bright and clean. This was a holiday for a good mental health break but also birthday celebration with a couple of girlfriends. Highly recommend even for the location alone. Will definitely be staying again.

The website/facilities mention there are toiletries however there were none in the bathrooms. We got a small bar of soap so it's lucky we brought our own little extra's or we would have been stuck. That is literally the only negative thing but just a heads up for future travelers to pack your own moisturiser, shampoo, conditioner etc.

Location was fantastic, opposite the beach and a short stroll into Burleigh. Nice view to the North of SP highrise

The room we had was fitted with plantation shutters, which let to much light in, the apartment was daylight at sun rise. Blackout blinds would have been better.
