Grand Cititel Hanoi Hotel

-the bed was really comfortable and soft -the room was modern and bright -the breakfast was tasty with good variety of fresh fruits -the staff was nice and accommodating

-the towels smelled really badly and had stains -it was a bit far away from sights, restaurants and food vendors (but it has some nice coffee shops nearby) -the walls are a bit thin so you can hear everything that is going on in the hallway and the rooms around you (although the hotel is quiet so it didn’t bother us too much) -the shower needs a bit of cleaning and maintenance (it leaked into the room)

This hotel was voted the best hotel in Vietnam and we certainly agree. Room was lovely and service from everyone we interacted with was terrific. Want to point out one person in particula Linh who provided great information and service. Food was excellent, a great breakfast buffet as well as an extensive a la carts menu. Also a perfect location away for noise but near the beautiful lake.

The hotel locates in the heart of Hanoi’s center, walking distance to it’s Stock Exchange building, Opera House, Trang Tien high end mall and blocks to the Old town Pho Co and Ho Hoan Kiem. Our sincere thanks go to all the hotel staffs for their excellent services, from lobby to room, and to the delicious breakfast every morning!

Just stayed in Grand Cititel one more time, everything still was so excellent especially receptionist! They still served international buffet even I saw that guests was Vietnamese, Japanese and several european. Room was extremely clean, and comfortable. Service still served stable and great! Recommended this hotel!

Nice hotel in very very good central location of Hanoi city. Delicious street food and supermarket nearby. The lake with many luxury story nearby, just walk less than 5 minutes. Staff is friendly. Room is clean.

Some of the rooms face another building. Better to stay in the rooms on higher floor with wide view. The window can not be open(it's Okay)

Good location and there is nothing to complain. The room and washroom are clean. Service from help desk is quite good as well. The staffs were all wearing a nice smile and willing to help me. Amazing service, good value for money and great staffs.

Well positioned between the Old Quarter and the French Quarter making most tourist destinations walkable, once you learn how to cross the street in Hanoi!!! Excellent value of money. We would suggest a high floor, as in any hotel in Hanoi due to traffic noise.

Grand Cititel hotel we had a beautiful room, large bathroom, great breakfast buffet, and it is in a very nice location, to walk to the lake and restaurants. This is a great hotel to choose in Hanoi and It has a beautiful lobby.

The staff was amazing! They were very helpful and accommodating. They were very friendly and I would definitely recommend anyone stay here while in Hanoi. It’s located near everything in Hanoi Old Quater so you’ll be close to everything!

The staff are so lovely and helpful. They went above and beyond to take really good care of us. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. We really loved our stay here and would definitely stay again.
