Aquarius Grand Hotel

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was really big and bright. It was all very clean and the location was central. I would highly recommend the staff and the hotel in general as they were so nice.

It was a bit confusing as I had booked a superior room which I assumed would have a window but it only had a window into the corridor. The staff were really helpful and upgraded me to a delux room for a small extra cost. But it would have been useful to know that the superior room only had a window onto a corridor when I booked. Also, despite the heavy double glazing, the delux room faced a noisy street so I suggest that if you are a light sleeper take earplugs.

Centrally located, just a minutes to Hoan Kiem Lake. Our room is in front of the hotel with a large double layered window welcoming natural light but not noisy. Breakfast is included, the crepe with banana and hoeny is tasty. Several fresh frtuits are served too. The lady in the restaurant is awesome, she serves with smiles and she's willing to help us to order grab car. Reception desk is available around the clock, it's very convenient for someone who requires late check in or very early check out. Taxi to the airport is at affordable price of USD13. Highly recommend!

Our stay was great! We felt sorry as we missed Aquarius Grand Hotel for the first arrival in Hanoi since it's fully booked. We had stayed at another hotel and got an unpleasant experience. Luckily we have got the much better hotel room and location here. It was a large room with a view that welcomes natural light and my wife really liked it. The front desk was so friendly, kind and helpful. We will come back for another stay after a few trips around!

I didn't expect more once I booked the cheapest room here as I must leave for another city next day. But this hotel was one of the best boutique hotels on my business trip. The room was clean and comfortable and well-furnished. The staff were so wonderful, they're eager to assist you with any information possible. Breakfast was included and hot-cooked too. And great location, just a minute to Hoan Kiem Lake. Coffee, food and drinks are all around. Would come back after the work!

it is very well located in the old quarter close to where ‘everything’ is happening. The staff is just great. Always smiling and having good humor especially the ladies at the reception.

if I can say one thing it is about that some of the rooms have no windows to the outside only to the inside but at the end, at least in my case, you use the room only for sleeping

The hotel is located in the heart of the Old Quarter that is very close to Hoan Kim Lake. We also got a very good rate. We were informed by reception desk that they had group booking check out so they offerred flash deals for the last minutes booking and we catched it perfectly. Halong Bay 6 hours cruising trip with limousine transfers via expressway at affordable price too, got pick up from the hotel conveniently. Highly recommend their services!

Great location, close to everything in the old quarter. The rooms are nice and clean. It is exactly how you would imagine a standard hotel, reception and everything. The whole hotel feels a little bit vintage, as it is not exactly newly build, but it is very well maintained.

The room felt a little bit small for 4 people, but we only stayed for 2 days so it wasn't much of a problem.

What a lovely stay with a convenient location and the super attentive staff! Our room is nice and clean. The bathroom is not small as others we have been. We chose this hotel after looking on their reviews and it's very close to an India restaurant (just 30m away) and yes we're right. Would highly recommend Aquarius Grand Hotel to everyone looking for a small hotel at very central location with the supportive staff.

The hotel is cleanGreat location, a walking distance to Puppets Theater where you can enjoy their interesting traditional Puppets Show. Breakfast was great too. Pho is a must-try!

The superior room has only a little window to the corridor but it's clean and okay for us for just a night. If you are staying longer, let consider the deluxe room that is bigger and in front of the hotel, surely it has a big window and view, more natural light

We're satisfied with what we paid for, a central location walkable to everywhere, a clean room and super helpful team. Our trip to Mua Cave was arranged by front desk and it's brilliant, we had limousine transfers and it's really comfortable. Highly recommended!

For your reference: Supererior room only has little window but it did not cause any problem for us as it met our budget and already worked for us.
