Great location close to the metro station towards Downtown Seattle with multiple rock clubs and restaurants nearby. The staff recommended us where to go for food and it was amazing. Overall everyone we met at the front desk was really helpful and very nice. Our room was spacious, with comfortable robes and sheets, which we really enjoyed. The hotel is modern and nice looking.
The room was bit dark, even with lights on, other than that we had a great stay and liked everything.

Great location and the property itself was clean and had a very fun vibe to it. Lived the fact that the windows in our room actually opened.
I booked reservations via two different websites. When I checked in they did have the message that we were to be kept in the same room even thought it was two separate bookings. However they would not combine the bookings. Instead of issuing keys for the entire stay, the representative treated the bookings separately. I had to go down the next morning and completely check out and then had to re-check in. it was an inconvenience but it wasn’t enough of one that would keep me from definitely recommending this hotel to others.

Truly exceptional from smooth check in, to renting the Nintendo Switch, the lovely plush bathrobes in the room. Great mattress, wonderful duvet covers felt incredibly clean - (what a great idea instead of a comforter that never gets washed), pillows were plentiful. Very clean, great AC, plenty of natural light. Free beverage tokens, free sugar cookies in the afternoon - really above and beyond. When we called for extra pillows - they were brought up immediately.
The water pressure in the shower could have been better, the smart TV wouldn't let us connect to our Netflix account for some reason and the placement of the TV in the room is not ideal - hard to see from the bed, it should be on a swivel of sorts. The parking upon check-in could be more seamless, as when we checked in there was no place to park and unload while we checked in. We circled several times and ended up parking down the block. It would be great to have a code of some kind sent just before check-in or to be able to call from the box.

Location was great. Water, restaurants were within walking distance and there was a grocery store across the street. The bed was AMAZING! The comforters were really cool. Love the idea. All of the pineapple touches were my favorite! The complimentary drink upon arrival was so cool and the cookies, oh my gosh the pineapple shaped butter cookies! They were amazing! They also had bikes you could ride as well. Very cute and nice hotel!!!!!

Breakfast was good! Location was good to the university. Amenities and proximity to light rail was good. Cleaning staff was very helpful and accomodating to our needs. Overall it was great and close to our activities!
The rooms were a bit dark and the flow was a bit different from what I am used too but we manage.

The room with a clean, comfortable bed with enough closet and drawer space. Unlimited bottles of water were A +. Having access to a trash bin in the hallway to empty room trash when there's no housekeeping was excellent. Coffee shop with very friendly staff in the lobby
The filling of the comfort shifted to one side which made it lopsided. I wished they had a mirror by the desk so that we could utilize it as a vanity instead of crowding the basin counter area in the bathroom.

clean, modern facility, easily accessible, close to light rail, UW, restaurants, public transport. loved the euro style individual comforters. On site parking garage
hot water isn’t hot enough- I’d call it lukewarm. Lots of hidden little fees for amenities, parking $20; added taxes on everything (not Pineapple’s fault) but bottom line you get out for almost twice the originally stated price on Booking.com

We were in Seattle for a medical visit at UWMC. This was a perfect haven. Our room was very comfortable and clean--well set up for deluxe sleeping (and reading in bed!) with puffy duvets and pillows, great natural light, amenities and temperature control. There are plenty of ports for charging everything, fast wifi and a good desk. Staff was just wonderful...making us welcome, holding bags for us the day we left, being cheerful and friendly.
In light of quickly changing protocols in these Covid times, this hotel is doing an excellent job. But it would have been nice to be able to have the cafe downstairs open!

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is great with immediate access to many restaurants and shopping. The little market across the street was nice. Also we requested a quiet room for our daughter to recover from minor surgery and we're were assigned a top floor corner room which was perfect for that.
There was no where to park on the street to check in we circled the block a couple times trying to find a spot. There was a freezer on our floor for ice but it was empty the entire stay and we had to go to the ice maker on the lobby floor inside the workout room to get ice. Lastly, the room design and decor was very nice. However, the choice to use drop down darkening shades was esthetically pleasing but does not make the room very dark and lets light in from the sides which in our room configuration beamed outside light directly into our face on one of the beds. Strange choice we thought.

The room was very clean and had room for our luggage and a desk and bench to sit on for simple tasks like putting on and taking off shoes. The television worked well and the hotel is within walking distance of the Univ. of Wash.
The bed linens were not my style. I like a traditional bed sheet and comforter. Also the shower had a soap dispenser that had soap that didn't lather well. Being this close to a school known for their rowing team I thought the fitness room would have a rowing machine, it didn't. Lastly it was nice to have a $10 complimentary voucher each day for snacks and beer but a can of Coors light shouldn't cost more than $5.
