Breakfast was ok . Didn’t like juice-tasted Watered down. Didn’t like packaged prepared foods.

More staff at check in. Lobby very crowded. Took an hour to check in! Only one person at desk for 45 min. Then a second person came to help. I was initially given room still occupied and had to get another room! What a terrible way to start!)

Exceeded my expectations! Facilities were excellent and staff very welcoming. One person in particular was exceptional, I spoke with her for a short amount of time and notice during that period she would welcome guests with a warm smile and assist them with their need but would go beyond and try help more than some would deem necessary and I think she should be recognised for it, it is highly commendable. She was a very interesting person and someone you could actually have a conversation with and not just feel like “chit chat”. It was a pleasure speaking with someone like that and made my whole experience much more memorable.

we did not like the quality of pillows and the room was either too hot or too cold. the parking was not great to check in, super busy with traffic and trying to situate parking to be able to check in

I love that the place is new so its very clean and the layout is really good. The beds are great and the staff is amazingly helpful. Parking was a challenge but the staff always found a way to help. The breakfast was superb too! Great spread although real milk would have been better!

The free Wifi was slow. I mean i travel a lot for work and ive had way better for a cheaper priced hotel.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, all the staff were very helpful and friendly. It is within walking distance of everything you'd want to see in Seattle, right outside the space needle and the mopop, within walking distance to pike place, the shore front, and t-mobile and lumen fields. Great place to stay.

I loved the friendliness of staff!! They were so accommodating with parking!! They let us do late checkout which was so nice for sightseeing!!

The entrances into the room could have had more room!! With our late checkout we left our cooler purposely and food in fridge, they cleaned our room and took it all! We got it back and was given money off!

Great location near the Seattle Center and Climate Pledge Arena. Parking was available and didn’t need to move the car since it was a short walk to event and nearby restaurants. Felt secure/safe area. Nice, helpful staff and decent breakfast in the morning.

Walls were kind of thin - could hear conversations that went on for a while out in the hallway very early in the morning. And the people in the room above were thumping around quite early.

parking is too expensive- 25$ plus tax and service fee with a total of $30-$31 per day, parking is also limited during weekend due to influx of tourists

The hotel was beautiful and we absolutely loved our room, as it was clean and very spacious. The location is in walking distance to downtown Seattle, and the staff members were extremely pleasant to deal with. I was also happy that the parking garage was gated and the entrances to the hotel were secured. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

We had an issue with the room not being reserved correctly in their system, but staff were really accommodating and the whole situation worked out. I was charged full price for two rooms after my stay, which should not have happened; however, I called the hotel and a staff member assisted in adjusting the pricing for my stay.

The breakfast was good but we would like more of a variety.

One night the power went off and the temperature in our room was 80 degrees. There were no emergency lights on the stairs.
