Good location. Excellent housekeeping. Daily cleaning of rooms.

400 USD was deducted as security deposit during checking in. I was told its a hold amount but it was deducted. It has been 10 days since check out but the amount is not credited back to me.

a very Nice time with m’y family, the hotel is perfect, very fonctionel and we felt very well and confortable . we really liked it.

we have been very surprised by the people down Town. lots of homeless, lots of drugs and very dirty

Lola restaurant located off the lobby is great. Loved the breakfast. The day and night menu of good choices. The bar is good too with wines by the glass and cocktails.

Nothing could have been better.

I picked this hotel for the location and the free shuttle from the airport and to the cruise ship. I was told when we landed in Seattle that I didn't qualify for the shuttle (Extra $98 each way) and the wifi in my room didn't work so I had to go down to the cafe next door to download info. The location was perfect for my daughters and their families to walk to most of the sights.

No shuttle, no wifi, there was a parade directly in front of the hotel that we were not warned of the day we left so we couldn't get a cab to pick us up except down the street and as a disabled person I had to get several employees to help me down the very steep side street. Very difficult to get around downtown area in a wheelchair. (Not the hotel's fault or responsibility, but something I didn't know until we got there. Many streets have a dangerously steep pitch.)

the room was amazing and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I stayed a few nights after a cruise vacation and everything was within walking distance.

Terrific breakfast. The rooms were comfortable and a great size. Having valet parking is always a must and the staff was very helpful in ensuring the car was out front in a timely manner. Love the Nespresso machine for morning coffee.

It is unfortunate that the restaurant isn't open very late. For business travelers who have meetings all day and don't want to go out sometimes it is difficult to get back, change and get down to the restaurant to enjoy a relaxed dinner and not feel rushed. Some front desk staff members seemed put out by questions asked of them, but perhaps they were just having a bad day.

We really liked this stylish boutique hotel in Seattle, which was fortunate - as our experience of the city was underwhelming. We received a warm welcome on arrival, and the valet parking set-up works well. Our room was large and clean, and the overall interior design was very appealing. The bathroom wasn't perfect, but the main bedroom and living area provided a great place to rest and relax. The bar & restaurant seemed busy morning & evening, making it a decent safe haven from the countless homeless people and crackheads roaming the streets at night.

I wasn't a fan of Seattle itself, but I can't really fault the hotel for that. We did find the shower system confusing with jet lag - to the point that my wife started to call reception for assistance, but we got there eventually.

The room was as advertised. It was very roomy and comfortable for my three night stay. The lobby was a great place to relax with a large fireplace and upscale furnishings. The location was perfect if you are wanting walking distance to the downtown attractions.

The city ended up doing street work for the three days I was there right outside of my window, so there was jackhammering every morning at 7:00 a.m. Not the hotels fault but be aware that this is a downtown hotel with all of the noise that comes with that.

The lobby area is beautiful. the location is excellent. quick walk to Pike Place Market and restaurants. Also convenient location close to all public transportation. Visited many Seattle neighborhoods and visitor attractions without the hassle of a car and parking. Also a very yummy bakery right across the street.

We were in a corner suite in the 7th floor. Was hoping for a better view, than the top of parking garages.

Great Location, very nice room. The hotel is really well situated within easy walk of all of the attractions and close to great restaurant choices. The rooms are nice, modern and well appointed. The staff are very friendly.

Arriving Sunday evening after travelling for 20hours all we wanted was some food and to go to bed. Unfortunately the restaurant closes early on Sundays, luckily there is a great pizza and bakery place across the road which we used several times. One of the reasons we stayed here was it had an in-house restaurant, but it is only open from Wednesday to Sunday and closed early on Sundays. We probably would have chosen somewhere different had we known. That said, now I know and have stayed there, I would still consider it again, it's a nice place and the pizza across the road is the best.
