Couldn't get a better location. Blocks from the light rail station,easy walk. Clean comfortable rooms, good security, Lots of free parking.

A little more food for breakfast, like yogurt or fresh fruit.

Noise from other floors.

This is a moderate motel. The facilities were clean, the beds were comfortable, there was ample hot water, the heat worked, and the front desk staff were helpful.

We were originally assigned a room which had a door that could be opened to the unit next to us. We could hear our neighbors far too clearly, including every time they used the microwave. We asked to be switched to another room. It was quiet. I only wished that we hadn't been assigned to that room first since it was obvious so many other rooms were empty. It was also a disappointment that the breakfast room was not open. They offered bagged breakfasts, but we skipped those. Pre-pandemic, this hotel had a fabulous breakfast. I hope they reinstate it.

The rooms were very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The rooms had a microwave and refrigerator, which made it very convenient to store food. There is a great restaurant adjacent to the hotel, Saffron Grill, and it has incredible South Asian and Mediterranean food. Also, there is plenty of parking space around the hotel grounds and that was very helpful. Also, free laundry facilities for guests is another bonus!

The breakfast packets could have had some healthier options and the coffee could be a bit stronger. The walls of the rooms are a bit thin and so outside noise comes in very easily. It wasn't a major problem though.

liked being close to elevators and ice machine. the vending machine on my floor did not work so had to go upstairs to get water and soda. the night shigt clerk, Derrick, who was willing to help us with whatever we needed; we liked him over all the others. this is not saying the otherw weren't willing to help, oh no, they were very wiling to help us with whatever we needed. it jjust that we felt that Derrick was above the rest in willing to do what ever we needed quicker and with a smile.

DID NOT LIKE the hard bed. hardest bed i've ever slept on. my friend and i could barely move when we would wake up. it was rough for both of uis. did not like having to go to another floor to get water and soda's

Hotel Nexus had everything we needed for our family of 4 adults and a teenager: 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, free laundry facilities, a grab ‘n go breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. There’s a McDonald’s across the street, a Mexican Restaurant in the shared parking lot, and a convenience store/gas station next door.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable so we ended up putting the mattress on the floor.

Very comfortable bed, lots of hot water. The breakfast was good. Eggs, potatoes, coffee, yogurt, pastries and it started at 6:30am! Room was clean.

The flip latch on our door didn't work. Room 215. Traffic noise from the street, sirens, and parking lot conversations woke us on occasion. I'd ask for a room in the back of the hotel to mitigate the noise.

No breakfast Buffet Location good

Only disappointments were no breakfast Buffet as advertised on Booking which was a reason we booked We couldn’t get in our room at first issue with the door but we had another room in about 20 mins And we were booked at the far side of the back rooms even though there were rooms that looked the same sitting empty closed , I had a lot of bags to carry a ways

It was easy to find the location. It was a nice building with a very friendly, professional staff (those interacted with). The room was clean and ready. They adjusted our room last second as I asked if we could get one closer to the elevator. I would definitely recommend and stay there again if I have need to go to Seattle, WA again.

Nice hotel. Comfortable. Clean. Safe. Great location.

The grab and go breakfast was disappointing. "A" for effort but there was no choice. Everyone got the same pepacked bag which had well thought out variety but surely results in a lot of wasted food if it's not what you like to eat. It was hit or miss. I understand this procedure is due to Covid but I would have preferred a choice of a breakfast pastry
