Tropical Breeze Resort

I enjoyed my stay at Tropical Breeze Resort. The room was clean and provided a quiet place to chill outside the room in the evening right off the entrance. The resort provided towels and chairs which was awesome for the beach as we didn’t pack any. I loved how close we were to the beach and the staff was wonderful! Our tv went out and the facilities maintenance guy came and fixed it right away, in addition to recommending some places to try while here! All in all, a wonderful stay and would definitely return and recommend!

The resort provided towels and chairs which was awesome, but no umbrella, my husband and I got burned while at the beach! Next, time I’ll make sure to purchase an umbrella. Another disadvantage is the queen bed was pushed against the wall. It was limited spacing. Not sure if it was a full passed off as a Queen but felt smaller.

Could not ask for a better place to stay!!!! The rates were good. The "cottage" was exceptional. Very clean, very quiet even though construction was going on across the street, we never heard any noise. Just a quick two minute walk to an absolutely beautiful beach. Short walk to main street to the restaurants and gift shops. The sunsets were magnificent!! We did not want to leave the resort. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to everybody. You can not go wrong staying at this resort. y

I’m so happy I stay here. I look forward to stay in the same suite if is possible by the pool house. It has an incredible tiki with seating area and bbq grill. Parking is included. Kitchen has everything you need.

We booked this resort last minute, because the original place we had booked was absolutely disgusting! And what a gem of a find this resort was!!!! Perfect location, a pita block away from the beach and very clean and tidy . We had a studio and it was perfect! Definitely coming back and staying here and would absolutely recommend this resort!

Nothing! It is perfectly located between the beach and a very nice variety of different restaurants and places to have drinks and shop.

The location was great easy walking to downtown and the beach. The rooms were nice glad that that had a full kitchen with stove/oven and dishwasher. Enough room for my wife and I and our 11 month old daughter.

Seemed like the nickel and dimed you for everything. You had to pay for ice, laundry, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, bikes, etc. Towels weren't easily accessible at pool or anywhere on site had to visit the front desk for extra towels.

Beach, close proximity to beach - 5 minute walk. Availability of comfortable beach chairs and beach towels and bikes.

We really needed more dishes and silverware in the kitchen. We had only 3 teaspoons. Could have used a couple extra dishtowels. The main disappointment was the lack of a closet or hooks to hang clothes. there was a "pole" attached to the wall, but because of its location, one had to dodge the clothes when getting out of bed. Rather inconvenient.

There was no breakfast. The location was excellent! Close to everything. The beach is a 2 to 3 min walk to the beach. The pool was right out of the suites door. The view in the pool are was beautiful for me.

That the pool was open until sunset. There are cameras everywhere we followed the rules but some people didn’t and they party until 2am in the pool, my husband and daughter were very upset with the situation.

The Tropical Breeze Resort was the perfect spot for my husband and I! We decided to travel through the beaches on our week trip, and spent a night at this awesome resort. The location of this resort couldn’t be more perfect! You are right in the middle of the fun restaurants and cool stores, and the beautiful white sand beaches. The resort staff was nicer than any staff I’ve interacted with during a stay. Christian at the front desk was so helpful and kind. We loved Siesta Key and Tropical Breeze Resort so much, we will absolutely be back!

Fantastic location a block from the beach and a short walk to siesta key village. Really cute and comfy suites, old Florida bungalow style and recently updated. Great property with beautiful pools and common areas. Would definitely stay again. One bedroom suite was on the smaller side but plenty of room for a couple. The two bedroom was very spacious for my daughter’s family with 3 kids.

A little later checkout time would have been good but they were great about allowing access to the property after checkout. I do understand the need to be able to prepare the rooms for new guests and we knew about this before coming. So not a big deal.

I had a 1 bedroom bungalow and it was cute and compact. The bed was comfortable and if you let them, they come in and clean it and replace what towels you use. It had a small kitchenette with the bare minimum.

The setup was good but the chair was hard and I guess since the couch made a bed, it was very uncomfortable. I booked it because it was suppose to be close to the beach 500 ft. It is more than that and since I have problems with my hip, I only made it to the beach once. They only had 1 handicap parking there it was always taken.
