when I booked it stated parking was included but when we arrived it was valet only and they put a hold on my card for the full amount plus $300. I was not aware of that when booking

The room was clean and spacious. We were there on a getaway for our 35 Anniversary it was an awesome surprise to find a bottle of champaign and chocolate covered strawberries in our room as a gift from Andre Suthely & Muheal Guto , your staff at the Art Ovation , sorry for misspelling but could not make out last names , and our valet a young man who recommended a very nice place based on our food preference. The waiter at the roof top bar was also polite and made sure our food was hot and drinks were great.

a higher floor would have been better maybe next time.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The location was perfect a lot to do around the hotel restaurants and shops coffee bars. Also a short drive to the beach in Siesta Key. The amenities the bars and the at the hotel were very nice. It was nice that they Supply bikes towels coolers and chairs if you were headed to the beach. You do pay $26 a day so hopefully you are able to take advantage of some of that

I don't really have any complaints. As usual with every Hotel they always hit you with fees per day. I parked on the street instead of paying for parking daily. Had no issues parking on the street for free. Their daily fee is $26. I was able to use some of the offerings such as towels to bring to the beach.

the location and the staff were excellent. Hotel overall is great

Due to Covid and I suspect it is difficult to get staff now the room was not cleaned daily (we were told this ahead of time)...I did call daily to get coffee supplies replenished and also to get clean towels half way thru the visit. They were most efficient. We did eat breakfast there one time...waited 40 minutes for a cup of coffee and also almost an hour for breakfast. When we complained they did take it off our bill but made us an hour late for where we were going.

wonderful staff & management. Your personal all extremely pleasant, thoughtful, knowledgeable, willing to do whatever it takes to help etc. the ambiance of the restaurants, gallery, wonderful art work, entertainment etc deserve Apluses. Rooftop and its view/ambiance/food drink was the biggest treat. Also, food mostly excellent with attractive presentation.

we paid extra for a city-view room-city view was on low, 3rd floor, basically with view of next door buildings Other than a comfortable bed, room left lot to be desired. very difficult bathroom door, one small table-hard to move, making eating in room difficult for 2nd person, very limited drawer space,

We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. All meals in restaurant in downtown Sarasota were excellent

It would have been nice to have complimentary coffee

When we arrived the valet was right there to take care of my car. I needed it very early the next morning and he assured me it would be out in front of the hotel and it was. We dined at your restaurant the first night, there was a function inside so we were seated outside which was fine because it was a nice evening. The server was great and the food was very good. I had some surgery done while I was there and I have to rave about how comfortable your bedding was. It was so comforting to just snuggle into your feather pillows and duvet. I will definitely recommend your hotel to my friends.

We went to your roof top restaurant thinking we would have dinner there but it was not what we expected. The view was not great but the atmosphere did not present a place where I would want to dine.

The hotel is very modern, updated, clean, and smells so good! Great location with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The rooms are exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quiet. The entire staff from front desk to housekeeping to restaurant servers to bellhop to valet service are all so very friendly and accommodating! They greet you with a big smile and make you feel so welcome! When in Sarasota, I will always stay at this hotel.

There was nothing I didn't like. I have no complaints at all.

pool and restaurant frequently rented out to private parties and not available to guests. pool is open to the public-one day it was full of frat boy types who used vulgar language, smoked, and had a loud discussions about where they itched. :(. cabana prices were ridiculous

I had asked for early arrival but it wasn't available. We went upstairs to pool area which was terrific! Staff did not notify us ( via cell phone as requested) when room became available but not that big a deal. We thought the location was wonderful and I especially liked the bathroom layout.

I think the staff was slightly overwhelmed but we were handled very nicely.
