Location was great - close to the beaches of Longboat Key and St Armands Circle. The rooms are great - very spacious - with lovely views of the bay. Little kitchenette is a good bonus with fridge and microwave. The bathroom area is also a great size with large shower. Breakfast is good with a lot of choice including freshly made omelettes which are really lovely.

The additional hidden costs! $30 per night to park car!! Then the resort fee $25 also is an extra which seems to be normal for all hotels in Sarasota. You can redeem the cost against bar/food which is a plus.

Loved the location, the staff were very professional and friendly, explained we had a complementary drink and gave us the breakfast cards for our stay. The room size was WOW, totally loved how it looks like an apartment, very convenient, there were 2 TV's one in the room and one in the living area, there was also a blanket if you wanted to watch TV in the couch! Perfect! This hotel was super cozy, I would definitely recommend this place and next time in Sarasota, I will digitately stay there again!

Although we only stayed 2 nights and did not go out much to explore the amenities, the pool seemed a bit small for such a large size hotel.

The quality of the food was very good

They need to rearrange the line for omlettes seperate from the buffet as it was way too long a line that could be avoided Also, a pair of gold hoop earring was stolen by maid staff, but you did provide a safe so it was my mistake not to wear them. I was in room 1611 though so I know you can check who it was that serviced the room on Friday incase you get multiple incidents.

The location and the golf cart transfer throughout downtown Sarasota. The room has a good layout. The breakfast staff were very friendly. Food was good.

Location of the pool in relation to the noise of the traffic. Not enough lounge chairs by the pool either. It would be nice to have an outside clock.

The location was great, the size of the room and bed was very nice. The linens and towels were great quality. The breakfast and happy hour were also well worth staying for, amazing. The woman cooking the omelets at breakfast was so kind and helpful. Her name is Regina, and she went above and beyond with a great attitude and friendly service every day. The valets also went out of their way to help us when we had car trouble.

I didn’t like that towels and room service wasn’t provided to clean every day unless asked for. The pool is also small for the amount of kids that were everywhere playing.

The breakfast was very good. Nice selection. Made to order omelettes were great.

The first room we were given was dark, dreary and had a light bulb missing from the one of the bedside lamps, leaving only one bedside lamp to light the entire room. We expressed our disappointment to Lisa W. at the front desk the next morning. She worked diligently to remedy the situation and moved us to an awesome room on a different floor with windows and brightness. She was fantastic and because of her we decided to stay the rest of the week. Thank you Lisa W.!

Large comfortable room with great views.

I parked in the handicapped parking on the second floor of the garage due to my older mother who uses a walker and wheelchair. In order to enter the area where the elevators were it was necessary to go up a short incline and manually open a heavy door. This was difficult for me to do while pushing my mother in her chair and would have been impossible for a person who uses a wheelchair and is travelling alone.

I loved everything about it, the service there was the best from every Hotel I’ve been. Especially a worker named Martha. She was so kind and a sweetheart. The pool was perfect! The rooms were spotless. Martha was like so kind and you can see she is hardworking.

The property had an amazing view. The staff was friendly. The beds were super comfortable. The rooms were extremely clean. Linens and towels were great shower was excellent. The breakfast was amazing made to order omelettes, waffles, fresh fruit. It was a regular restaurant buffet!

The $30 extra charge for parking and some of the gift shop prices like five dollars for an 1 ounce bag of chips
