Address Beach Resort Fujairah

The room was great, with a very comfortable bed. The room cleaning team was amazing and professional, ensuring a clean and tidy space throughout our stay.

I had mixed experiences with the service. The restaurant and pool bar service left much to be desired. It seemed like they were understaffed, as it was often challenging to get the attention of a server. There were times when no one came to take orders by the pool. The limited number of bars and restaurants was disappointing. The food quality at the bars and restaurants was average, especially when compared to other 5-star hotels. However, the breakfast quality and taste were good, providing a positive start to the day.

This the best hotel I ever stay in my life ! Actually, this not just at hotel it’s your luxury home Anything you want be right there in second So clean, so comfy, so bright Big, stunning washroom, Tiffany colors , ocean Best equipment from Dyson set for hair till coffee machine, it’s just gorgeous!

The breakfast was lovely, fresh food with good taste. The ambience and vibe of the place was refreshing.

We had called the hotel helpline to check of alcohol would be served during Ramadan in the day time by the pool and were told yes. However on reaching the property we were told otherwise. This was a little disappointing, as we were flexible with dates and could have come after Ramadan had we known.

Breakfast was provided in the room and was great. Room was large. Bath didn't work but they came and fixed it.

Staff are not up to standard. English is poor, and they are not familiar with basic hospitality traits (like opening and pouring drinks, not taking peoples credit cards away from them etc.). There aren't enough staff either. Poor individuals are running around as they are short staffed which means we waited over 20 minutes to pay our bill and just aren't as attentive as you would expect in an Address hotel. Not enough sun beds for the pool areas. Beach is under construction effectively. It was a pleasant stay stay however.

Nice place, everythink perfect, less than one year open. Helpfull staff. All facilities clean and available. SPA (sauna, steam and relaxing room) and GYM superb. Breakfast amazing choice. Sea swimming area safe with underwater net. Possibility to extend check out.

For keeping minibar full need to deposit some credit during check in. Otherwise staff will remove all items exept water, tea and coffee.

F&B has a massive potential to improve! staff are trying their best but needs training. it’s Up to the hotel management not the team!However, the staff are so helpful that you can’t fault them at all. David from restaurant was a stand out! Adult pool - please don’t allow people to block sun beds all day! everyone would like to visit the pool. Also, adult pool should be only for adults!

Address is the place where you feel at home. Surrounded by family care. Everywhere is cleanliness and comfort. Thanks to all the staff. Special thanks to Mahmoud from reception.

-Location well built in the nature, in the middle of the sea and mountains. -Staff is incredible, always ready to help which is the real strength of the resort. Particular thanks to Lux and Aaron for making our stay incredibly pleasant. -Only adults pool extremely appreciated and quiet. -Rooms are designed to be clear and clean, loved the style, Address typical.

-The menu at the restaurant is ridiculous. Plus I have never experienced such a terrible experience with the food. Dangerous we received raw chicken and moreover pappardelle with ragù which was not ragù at all, more sliced meat with stock. Embarrassing level for such a resort. This contributed to make worst the experience, even if the staff tried to get back with different choices it was a nightmare. Address cannot be represented by such an embarrassing level in the kitchen.

Service in their Salia restaurant was awful - the only place to avoid in the resort.

We’ve decided to spent the weekend trying out the newly opened The Address Beach Resort Fujairah. Not only the hotel was amazing, they also made sure we have an unforgettable stay with their impeccable service. Im not the one who normally write a review, but this wonderful hotel deserved one! The day before our stay, I received a call from Korinna from the front desk, confirming our estimate arrival time, and to check if we have any requirements. She also gave us an upgrade to our rooms, and offered if we would like an early check in! The check in experience was also really smooth. Alla helped us with the process, and I saw Korinna there. Again, she offered if we would like to have a late check out, which we received happily (more play time for the kids!) When we entered our rooms, a handwritten welcome notes from the manager greeted us, as well as a box of macaroons and a bowl of fresh fruits in each room - a gesture which we really appreciated. Oh, and as that day was my husband’s birthday, they sent us a really yummy cake (and good portion too) The restaurant staffs also made sure that we had a wonderful dinner. They’re going the extra mile, by giving us a really unusual surprise - Indonesian dishes specially prepared for us, Sate Ayam and Pepes Salmon! (We are Indonesians) Special mentions to the Manager, Josephine (the host), and Evan (the chef who cooked amazing satay and pepes, as well as that fiery but yummy sambal!) The surprise did not stop there. We had amazing experience at breakfast too. I cant believe they prepared another Indonesian dishes for us - Bubur Ayam (Indonesian style chicken congee)! The staffs (another special mentions to Ghazi) were really attentive and quick to respond to our needs. As for the room itself, it was amazing! The beds and pillows were really comfy; and we had a really good sleep. The bathroom had a modern design, and has separate stalls for toilet and shower, as well as bathtub.
