Friendly check in and check out staff. Our room - Marina facing - was very spacious, comfortable with a huge bathroom (shower and bathtub). location is on the water promenade with 2-3 restaurants/cafe shops nearby (walking distance). Valet parking was a bit busy but we were informed. Reception area has a coffee shop with starbucks products. Souvenir shop and minimart at the reception. The pool is rather big with many beds and shade. The beach is very nice as well. Could stay an hour longer on check out: thank you.

Wifi seemed to have blocked some website (Talabat food delivery, some search engines) Breakfast missing some quality items (for a 5* hotel it was rather basic): fresh fruits only melon/apple/orange/grapefruit. Others were canned fruits. Apple and orange juice only and both from container and only brewed coffee/tea as hot beverage. BF restaurant staff looked rather uninterested, not attentive. We were not informed at check in about pool towel card. Not a big deal but had to go back and forth when we wanted to enjoy the pool/beach. Our room had no iron (ironboard yes). Minibar - empty - that is great for a fridge, must be cleaned.

We stayed for 10 days in this hotel, I was with my 4 friends here. I myself live in UAE but my friends came from Russia and one is from Ukraine, The hotel and room exceeded our expectations. The room is large and nicely organized, and with gorgeous views, all the amenities in the hotel are excellent, the pool, jacuzzi and sauna and the beach area. At the front desk everyone works clearly and everyone is very polite. Special deep thanks to the manager Valeriia Kozak, for her constant attention and professional approach in solving any issues, we thank you,Valeriia, for early registration and full answers to all our questions. We will definitely come back and recommend the hotel to others.

Everything was great. Nothing to complain

The rooms were of very good size, and had nice views. Mr. Mustafa at the reception was very courteous, and helped us with all our queries. We requested for an anniversary cake, and he made sure to get it delivered to our room. The breakfast buffet was lavish, and we really enjoyed it.

We had requested several times at the time of booking as well later on over the phone - that we need rooms next to each other. However, this could not be accommodated. Though the rooms were on the same floor, it still was a bit uncomfortable for our family to be split into rooms away from each other. Also, we had the impression that the games room is available to guests, however it seemed to be locked and prior booking / payment was needed.

the service was so poor we called for the room service to bring us a cups they came after about one hour, more over while we were out we put the sign so the room service people come and clean the room for us we were about 2 and half hours out of the hotel when we came back the room was untouched and everything was the same. For me I think if they work on their room service it will be the best hotel I stayed in

It was very beautiful and we were so blessed to have the woman in charge who sits in the private room help us. She was very helpful and has the best and softest heart I have ever seen. It made my stay and granddaughter and son most pleasant. Food was great. Pool was amazing. I will stay again.

The manage in charge of the room service wanted to charge me for ice to fill my small cooler for my granddaughters medicine. I feel his behavior needs improvement a lot. He didn’t even sympathize. I came to relax with her. Medicine in this heat are vital. He sent up a glass of ice. He finally came to his senses.

The carpet wasn't properly cleaned, but the rest was amazing.

You can tell the chefs put a lot of love and effort into cooking however there is that element of quality food missing ( 89 points is a pass but what you're gunning for is 99). Check in was nice & brief, room lovely & clean and helpful suite attendant, Restaurant crew and manager was amazingly smiling and helpful . Enrichment crew was jolly and last but not least the bell/concierge very initiative above all thank you🙏

1. The private Beach access is really an exceptional advantage, i am a swimmer and i was delighted to swim back and forth paralle to the shore in total safety. The temperature even now on Sept 3 was delicious not too warm. appreciate the shore showers also and the bar for the drinks. Just like a Club med! Regret the early closing at 7 pm but can understand that safety first. 2. The private bar in the huge lobby, which has delicious feshly squashed fruit juices and alos delicious pastry.You can make your own expresso, orange juice, cake breakfast. 3. The size of the room, I was in 905 and delighted, it is so pleasant to walk freely and not hit the baed, sit in the different chairs for chat and also at the table for work. 4.Very nice large Bathroom, plenty of space and double choice shower and tub. 5. Very easy parking and nice location too move out on the corniche

For me it was a little bit too expensive and that though i was lucky not to catch too high a price. It si my biggest regret limiting number and length of stays.

The room was big, the view was good, everything was clean, room service was very good, the bed was big and confortable. Also we liked the breakfast. The beach was nice, also the pool. We came with a rented car and the valets are very nice and makes your life a lot easier. Also the fact that is not so crouded like Abu Dhabi or Dubai, was more easy for us to go and visit around the city. We had very relaxing few days at the sea.

That's no fault of the hotel, but the location is not that impressive, the city is a lot smaller and not so impressive like Abu Dhabi or Dubai. Still, this is a bit of an advantage also, because was easy for us (due to the lower traffic) to get to the malls with our rented car, and we had lots of parking spots. Also I should mention that the game rooms for biliard and other games are not to well maintained, but that's a very small complain and didn't really affect our good time there.
