Great service , clean hotel , amazing helpful stuff , it happened that my car key fell down from the elevator gap from the 12th floor and they acted very professionally, and called the responsible company for the elevator maintenance and they brought the key next morning , and as they found it broken in 4 pieces they managed to fix it and it worked fine , this is a great experience who has let me forget about this nightmare that i lived for couple of hours from the night to the morning, i am so thankful for all the stuff from the reception to the room service , they were so helpful and professional … thank you billions for your great help indeed

The stay was amazing. The hotel was spotless and the staff was top-notch. The location is perfect for families and the rooms were huge. We were upgraded for a small fee, which was a nice surprise. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Diversity in breakfast options is essential, and having a coffee machine that can make different types of coffee is also preferable.

The size of the room and the service . Also the pool was very nice! One of the best things is location, there are so many restaurants and shops near the hotel. Also the price is excellent! Highly recommended… specially for families!

We waited half an hour for our room to be ready, also you need to know that the kitchen doesn’t have plates and utensils other than 2 mugs and 2 teaspoons. But it wasn’t a big deal because we ate outside since we only went to the hotel for rest! But don’t mind my two points because our over all experience was excellent and will come back to this hotel again!

Staff are amazing, specially Naushad at the Front Desk, personalized service and excellent interaction. The bell attendant was super friendly and supportive, dont remember the name. Overall, staff in this property outstanding. Rooms are spacious than i expected. Roof top pool is average but the staff are welcoming and friendly. Security, Front Office, F&B all of them are with a smile and step forward to assist you. Five star service, thank you.

The parking is good. The check-in process was fast. They helped us move our things into the room. In the room, 2 light bulbs were not working but they replaced it immediately. The Internet speed was fast. The breakfast is so nice. The room was clean, bed sheets were clean and bed was comfortable. The TV channels were enough. The toilet was clean.

They need to improve on their inventory system so that it will not be uncomfortable and inconvenient for their guests to attend to miscalculated supplies that they need to count at check out. In some hotels, they post at the back of a cabinet the inventory of supplies so that guests can also refer to it whenever they wanted to. In the hotel, this is missing so there is no opportunity for guests to ascertain and authenticate by themselves the number of items in the room at check in. Since they include checking their inventory in their check out process so they need to focus on this for review as they are making this a core process.

The property is very beautiful, comfortable, clean, and quite. All staff there are so respectful and their room service is beyond amazing.

The TVs are very old and channels are not clear. This effect Rotana’s image negatively, to my mind. All TVs at this time are developed, HD, 4K, and have options to sign in to whatever platform you are using to watch movies (ex, netflex, hbo, etc..).

the hotel provide me upgread of the room . daily cleaning room and good service. the great of things is the card of open door room did not need to recharge through our staying .

the out wall of the hotel need to clean because the weather and the air some time late the class of wall did not clean and nice for show the panorama about the city

Nice staff, helpful, breakfast in room with no extra charge if already covered with the room.

Checkedin to a room with a busted lamp's bulb. Didn't care as was only staying on business for a night. Checkedin again next day, to my surprise into the same room. Busted bulb wasn't replaced. They shouldn't wait for the guest to tell what's wrong in the room.

nice view, very quite, helpful staff, comfy beds, very clean. a very good deal for the money.

only two things need to be improved: 1. better satellite connection, channels have a lot of distortion and image was not clear 2. WiFi connection was disconnecting occasionally but speed was good

This is my second trip to the Nour Arjaan and it has always been a good experience. Rooms are great and extremely clean, the staff are polite and friendly and the facilities are good. There is a lovely pool on the 20th floor, not the largest, but great for a relaxing dip after a day at work. I can't comment on the restaurant as we didn't dine there. Overall I would recommend and will definitely return when working near Fujairah next time.
