Fortis Hotel Fujairah

The hotel is nice clean and price should be atleast aed 150 per day including all tax and breakfast.

The toilet should be full renovated looks very old and rust including everything should be replaced new. The tv engineer was not able to connect my phone through the tv and said it’s my phone have problem. Than I asked him connect with your phone he was not able to connect too hehe what a joke I think he was not professional. The last thing in the lift when u enter the staff also enter with you they should not enter the lift if customer is inside they delay me pressing 2nd floor and 4th floor until the came out from the lift took me time to reach my room 11th floor.

Good clean room with high ceilings. Hot water is HOT - pretty good for people common with the problem that in UAE you often have only warm-to-cold water. Straightforward service, you don’t need something - you say “no thanks” and that’s it without pushing. Clean beds, humble and tasty complimentaries. I checked in around midnight so they are ok with relatively late check ins i believe. Very good marina bar is on other side of the highway on beach line of the road, so if you don’t know what to do you can happily spend time there. No noises, ive been at eleven floor though.

The location is amazing, you can find any shops you want within walking distance. rooms are big, the bed is comfy, safe, kettle and coffee.

- Towels and bed sheets were dirty with spots on them. - breakfast was okay, a bit pricy compared to other hotels with the same stars, not many of options. - They were not so flexible with checkout timings, mostly other hotels are a bit flexible and accept customers to checkout around 1:30 - 2:00. - Nice view but dirty glass from outside.

the rooms are as good as the photos. it was clean and seems pretty new. Staff was good as well. Everything went smooth from start till end. Special mention to Jai the receptionist. He seems to be handling everything up to standard despite how people keeps cutting up our check in with their inquiries but he handles it very professionally while also giving equal amount of respect with attentive calmness.

Nothing much as at all. Maybe just the glass partition in the shower but most hotels are like that.

Sea facing view - 10 minute walk from the public beach Very comfy beds Studio room has electric hot pan but the smaller rooms do not All rooms have fridges, toilet paper, soaps, etc. (But better to carry your towels and dental items) Good air conditioning & well equipped room and bath Iron & ironing board provided upon request

The outward appearance of the hotel hides the lovely rooms within... No way to switch off the AC or open the windows for fresh air... No children's pool...

Bed was full of hear,not clean,prises are different, in the same hotel for same item,but depends which outlet, so be awear what are u ordering ,and check the price twice

They have granted my request for a late check-in and I requested if we can do a late check out too but it was not granted, which is totally understandable. However, they were so kind enough to upgrade our room for free. I love the room they gave me, very clean, the bed is big enough and comfy.

The only thing we did not like in the room was the shower's water pressure. It was so weak and we were having problems controlling its temperature. The water was so hot most especially in the sink. I informed their staff about it when we checked out and promised me that they will look into it. Other than that, everyhing was so nice.

Large great room. Good kitchen and dinner-room. Kitchen has everything you need . Good bathrom with bath. Clean, quet , except central air conditioning. Supermarket opposite hotel.

We was no able to switch off air-conditioning,. Good but little noisy. Bathroom fan was extremely noisy. Where was no way to swith it off. You can't open the windows

Great location for us since we were going fishing and the marina is right across the road from the hotel and international marine club.

AC was too cold.. tried to reset and had maintenance come 3 times to help. Finally had to have maintenance shut it off from the box down the hall. Then turn on again when too warm. This was common issue for 2 of the 3 rooms we had booked.

The room size are very big,nice room with nice view the breakfast was very good I really enjoyed staff are very friendly and helpful I really thankful to nirmal in the bar he giving us wonderful service I really want to visit again this hotel
