special thanks to Mr Sanjay at the reception , Very helpful and professional . the A/ C was very good unlike most of the other hotels were you it’s hard to sleep due to the heat . i stayed during the holy month of Ramadhan so the hotel was very quite with the night clubs closed.

weak wifi . hot water available for about 10 minutes in shower barely enough for one person to use . also weak water pressure .

Good location and the size of the rooms were good. I have booked 4 rooms two triple and two king rooms. I had requested to provide rooms on higher floors because of some guests reviews about club sounds in the room. My request was accepted and hotel reception lady Sonya was calling and following up on booking day. Upon arrival Sanjay had given rooms on higher floor, two rooms with the kitchen. For non-kitchen rooms, the house-keeping boys opened the big kitchen, a great service gesture, all the housekeeping staffs are with smiling faces and ready to cater guests needs. Paying 25 dirhams for indoor badminton court was worth as they as rackets were provided by them.

Parking area is very small and I was having difficulties parking my 7seater car inside building parking. Breakfast is average, table was not set for our family, I requested their manager but he disappeared without taking any action. The other serving boy I think Sandesh was very helpful and tried his best to arrange the table and extended his help for serving as well with karak tea. Swimming pools are small and deep for kids.

The property is clean and tidy the housekeeping and reception is accommodating and helpful.

What I don’t like is the security guard that was so rude to us. Me and my husband went in the bar and by mistake we went through a wrong elevator which we have to go in another lift again. Then the security guard ask us rudely to show my id. My husband was so furious as the guard didn’t ask in a polite manner. Maybe he thinks that my husband just grab me from the bar (prostitute).Then they started a heated arguments and my husband pushes him. But the manager didn’t do anything which makes me upset. We are not deserved to be treated like that. Even he doesn’t apologise after he confirmed that we stayed in that hotel for how many days already and we’re a couple. It really disturbed our holiday.

I couldn’t find a parking when I came back to hotel it was full ,when I asked the staff in reception no one answered so I parked little far that was not convenient for a family

The room service staff was very polite and ready to help. Rooms are good. The amount you are paying is worth the stay.

I really appreciate that they gave us the late check out we checked in after 8. But in the afternoon the reception called in the room at 2 when we were just about to vacate the room . Someone from reception called us and it was a very rude way to speak with any Guest. We know the time when we need to check out we are adults. He said i told you already that if you didn't vacate the room the system will automatically charge you after 2. I was like I know and at the first when I picked the call I said that we are coming. The way was very rude and this thing is not acceptable at all in the hospitality line. Even though I'm a hotelier. We should never be rude to any Guest.

The reception staff was very helpful and accommodating. I checked in a bit late as I was travelling from dubai by bus and initially planned to have a late check-out also the next day. They let me have a late check-out as a complimentary which made us very happy. 🥰 The room is very spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel is very accessible to transportation and restaurants as it is in the heart of the city. Looking forward to my next visit.

Narrow and limited number on covered parking, all amenities in the room are just for 1 person, but they will provide extra upon request. The sounds in the club are just too much. We literally heard it in the 11th room. Club and breakfast place toilets needs maintenance and deep cleaning as there's a lot of cockroach 🪳

I booked a 2bhk suite and it was very specious, clean, beautiful lightning, lots of washroom accessories and comfortable beds and furniture. View from the windows was also wonderful. Special thanks to Reception staff Ms Bushra. I asked her to keep a check on us as it was rainy weather and I was travelling with kids. She called us twice during our journey. And the incharge of elctrical work and house keeping, i forgot his name but he was very helpful and came to my room at 17th floor just to check the AC are off. Thankyou sir.

Only problem I faced that it was so cold may be because of weather but there was no heating system for the rooms although the water heaters were there. Any way, I bought a good small heater from Carrefour and every thing became perfect. I will give this hotel and staff 10/10 raiting.

The morning period, the cleaning team in particular housekeeping super visor Imran was very polite and gentleman with the customer I can give him 10/10

Generally in the evening time Some of the kitchensequipment are not clean, the electric kettle is not clean and does not work, and it has not been replaced. The cooker buttons are not clear to know the temperature of the cooker.the TV remote does not work, and some channels are not clear. In the evening, the staff is slow and uncooperative quickly enough.
