The breakfast was amazing. Probably the best part in my opinion. The lighting was really well thought out.

A few of the staff members were a little weird with us initially. They made us go in circles looking for the valet parking to find out there was none. We also asked a head of time if all restaurants were open, and we were told they were. Once we got there, they told us the main steak house my husband wanted to go to was closed on weekdays

The design of the building is outstanding. The rooms are nice and well equipped. The front desk staff is very helpful.

Room cleanliness wasn't even. Price for very high (tradeshow week)

Every thing amazing view the hotel was above my expectations the staff where very welcoming and friendly special thanks to Mr, Prakashen from room service as he assist me and makes sure I get what i needed he changed the coffee machine as I liked and also another lady which I forgot her name she actually handed my credit card which one of my daughters forgot it in the room dining table.

The only thing is the car service as i have requested the car to attend work related event and it was very late which made me to request car service from Uber. It was very frustrating also the amount that charged for the car service to drop us at airport was too much compared with car model while I got get the same car with less amount from under.

My experience at the hotel was truly exceptional. The hotel offered a wide range of excellent amenities, and the toiletries were thoughtfully stocked. What truly stood out to me was the breakfast experience, which pleasantly deviated from the usual buffet style. The comfort of the beds was remarkable, and the television options were impressive, with the added convenience of being able to connect your phone to the screen, making it perfect for enjoying Netflix and YouTube.

The room service did take a bit longer, but it makes sense since we stayed in one of the apartments, which is in a separate building next to the main hotel.

From the moment we arrived everybody was very welcoming and kind, made us feel we arrived home. From check in to guest relations, bell boys, restaurant staff all very nice provided more than five star services. The stake house was one of the best culinary experiences in our entire life :) Beds are super comfy, big terrace overlooking the marina, huge bathrooms, lovely breakfast available until 12:30 which is great for those who get up late.

We liked everything, however the location is a bit far from the city but other than that nothing to complain about :)

everything, really. hotel location in by the marina, just a short (5 mins drive to corniche area) the hotel is very clean, and the room is sanitized. what’s exceptional is the staff, Usama, the receptionist, upgrade our room and give a late check out, as he saw me arriving with young kids! also credit to the door man/ gentlemen who greet us upon arrival, the life guard in the pool that gave us swimming rings for the kids. it’s the warm welcome and the service by the staff that made my stay absolutely exceeding expectation. room size is huge! the suite have two rooms, one is living room and other one is the bed room. both have own balconies that looking at the marina and swimming pool. with extra bed, the room sleeps 4 (2 adults and 2 young kids -less than 5 years old) very well with lots of space for kids to run / play around nespresso machine with different coffee option, and tea selection in the room is just brilliant! room amenities is by le labo. self parking with lots of parking space. nearby restaurants and coffee shops (3 mins walk) we didn’t try the breakfast, but we had lunch service in the room- which also really great! overall: 10 out of 10!! kuddos to all the staff

Everything about this hotel have exceeded my expectations to the max! The attention to details, attentiveness and the friendliness of the whole crew have made our stay incredible.

We noticed that there was hardly any bell hops with trollys to meet us in the car everytime we came back from a trip but as soon as we asked, they showed up on spot and did not make us wait. this have not really affected our stay !

Deputy manager was very inexperienced to handle such a brand and hotel. It is above his ability to handle customers in a professional way, very weak skills that make us very uncomfortable in our stay. I did not feel he is trusted and honest, never face such Deputy manager attitude with such brand.

the staff was very nice and friendly. the room was clean and spacious. the bathroom and everything else was clean

The swimming pools were average and if you choose a balcony room in the summer, you’re going to hear cracking sound in the window due to the heat difference between the outside and the room. so it’s a bit annoying and harder to sleep in the morning or afternoon.
