Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi

The best service in my experience! very relax. Many activities in the hotel, my kids have so much fun here! The room is clean and convenient, just next to the pool and the beach.

Some ants and mosquitoes in the garden, but it is not a big deal.

Our stay at the Emirates Palace was exceptional- from the moment you check-in, the receptionist personally walks you to your room and tells you about the history of the palace. We received beautiful boxes of chocolate dates in our room upon arrival. There are endless of things to do here- from free camel riding to watersports, a mini waterpark to getting a golf cart tour of the entire property which spans over 1 km. Shout out to our tour guide Abdul Aziz for showing us around, your friendliness made lasting impression on us. I would definitely recommend the breakfast buffet, they had a very large variety of food to choose from- even a entire shelf of jars of honey from the hotel’s own bees! The Emirates Palace is conveniently located next to the Presidential Palace so can check 1 thing off your bucket list.

It was luxurious and beautiful- a real wow factor! The staff were all amazing and friendly and always there and accomodating for my family’s needs. Just a beautiful place.

Not much that I could say we did not like.

The ladies at the reception were absolutely lovely. The men working for security and at the front door were so professional too. The staff at the pool were absolutely lovely. The pool and the beach were pristine. The food at Hakkasan was amazing. Just some little constructive feedback: for such a high end restaurant, I was surprised the food was on the a bit too salty side. The servers were absolutely nice and the food, other than having a bit too much salt, was very good and innovative

I’m someone who cares a lot about the environment. I was disappointed such a high end restaurant doesn’t recycle. I felt absolutely guilty when I didn’t have to separate the glass bottles from the organic garbage. We all need to protect our planet more. The Emirates Palace should set a better example.

Palace is world wonder. Absurdly big. It is not new building, but all area is big. Kids pool: great. Slides, lazy river, shallow pools for kids. Also old, but nice area. Room is good size for price.

All palace is getting old. It is like before big reconstruction. Staff is more 4 star hotel. Long queue and chaos for check in, long waiting for breakfast omelet (I asked three diferent people to bring simple omelet), long waiting for room service. Pool security in kids pool speaking with ladies and not watching kids safety for long time, staff speaking together instead of attention for guest and so. It is definitely not premium five star hotel. But with good price the hotel and area is still amazing.

I was there in 2005 on my honeymoon.Nothing change that much, the room are up dated, very nice and clean all around the staff are best in the business in this hotel.l love this hotel.

I love the arrangement for the birthday celebration. The roses petals on the bed around the bathtub Complimentary wine and chocolate cake. This 7 🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅is one of the best hotels in the world.

We loved staying at the hotel. Visiting first time. All the staff made us feel very welcome and gave us top service. The restaurants were all really good with tasty food. We had the most amazing experience.

The hotel entertainment. Restaurants closed early. Nothing after 22:30 which is abit disappointed as a guest as you come to holiday to have late night entertainment and drinks.

Well, it is a real palace, so you get everything that you could expect from a palace. It is so big that you have to walk 5-10 minutes between reception and your room. All amenities are fantastic. The breakfast is royal. The view is magnificent.

The room service has its flaws. Unresponsive sometimes, or taking a long time to execute your request. The cost of living in the Emirates is high but to pay 50 or 60 EURO for a small frozen and unsavoury pizza (room service) was excessivе. The luggage from the room of my mother was lost (didn't get to the lobby and then someone stored it somewhere and nobody knew where it is) for a long time precisely when we had to catch a plane.

The ambiance, excellent customer service especially from Stella, the receptionist that checked me in. She went out of her way to ensure my stay was memorable.

The gym, well equipped but ZERO assistance from the gym trainer. Even after asking him for his assistance he did not help, preferred being on his phone and went on to clean the equipment.

It s an exceptional resort and one of the best mandarin we stayed at. The staff are great. The room service is incredible and there are so so many great restaurants! You never need to leave the hotel. Great with kids. The staff from the kids club are great. There are shaded pools for kids and slides etc.

At first, I found it too big, so went to visit other hotels but we saw that this was the best one and kept extending our trip. You really need a map when you arrive. The kids club is small but now they are building a huge palace for kids. The beach doesn’t have the best view but not bad. The spa is beautiful BUT there is no common indoor pool or steam and sauna (not great if you are a couple or family). There is a sauna but it s smaller than a toilet. But you can book treatments together, you have to do it in advance. The location is a bit far from YAS island but very close to other malls and Michelin restaurants.
