Perfect breakfast

Be careful when being billed. Happened, that a "accomodation fee" in amount 1000AED appeared on the bill. When asked, what that is, new bill was issued. Also pay for everything immediatelly, never put anything on your room bill. Happened twice, that 100AED and 50AED gratuity was put to consumation, that was never signed. Otherwise great hotel.

Amazing experience. This is by far our greatest stay in Abu Dhabi up to date. Everything about this hotel is overwhelming. Placed in a really good area, close to the Marina Mall, is very easy to find. Considering its height, you can see it from far away, especially by night. The staff is amazing, always smilling, always ready to help, very polite, educated and attentive, from A to Z. The food is amazing. Lots of varriety and tasty. We enjoyed our half-board option a lot. The whole design of the hotel is high class, with high quality materials and neat design, and the ocean theme from the lobby, makes you feel like being in a movie. The elevators are a dream come true, especially the glass ones. Never have to wait for them, but more than that... the view is breathtaking. We had a room at the 32nd floor with Corniche view... breathtaking. The room was pretty big, with really high ceiling, with a huge bed, amazing mattresses and pillows, extremely comfortable. We even got an anniversary cake from the manager which was a nice surprise for my wife, and I want to thank the team for that. The bathrooms with an amazing design and well equiped, pretty much all the accesories you might need. The beach is really nice with soft sand and blue water. And they also have water sports available. Because we've traveled in February with two small kids (3 and 6) the best thing that could happen to us was the heated pool. Outside was like 23 degrees but the water felt like 30... this exceeded our expectations, and I decided to give my first 10 on Booking to this hotel, because I could feel they put a lot of price on making your experience top notch. From the special scent all over the hotel, to the small details that makes the difference. We will come back again for sure, and also recommend it to all of our friends and family.

More gluten and dairy free options would have been amazing. Other than that, a well deserved 10 from us, for making our vacation a dream.

We booked two rooms for 1 night. The hotel in itself, interior, and facilities are outstanding. In addition, it's very rare for a hotel to have professional and well-presented harp and piano musicians who would play for almost 24 hours. On top of that, I was truly pleased on how accommodating the receptionist was. He made sure that we would be placed as per our requests. All the staff were very friendly and were successful in making us feel that they were also ready to be of help. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was good.

What stopped me from rating this a 10 was the deposit. They charged me with 800aed for the two rooms we booked. Upon checking out, I was promised that the fee, which was put on hold in my credit card, would be returned within 2-3 working days. However, it has been a week, and the money has not been returned. The hotel does even bothered sending email or SMS updating me about the deposit. I sent them message via booking.com twice, and was just told that they would get back to me. It has been days, and have not heard anything from them yet. I hope that the department responsible in holding-returning the deposit fee is quick in doing the necessary actions regarding this matter. 800aed is no joke. And not getting any update from them is truly frustrating.

Good location,big,clean and spacious room,nice garden.Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is sooo busy,breakfast is a challenge to find a table from 9 to 10.Many kids pools but they keep using the pool for adults.There’s a very dangerous floor area around one of the big pools,in 2 hours I saw 5 people failing down.The floor with holes is between the pool bars.Beautiful design but dangerous.There’s many ways to cover them nicely and make them safe.

the best is the private beach of the hotel! and the concierge Aibek so polite and nice to respond of all our request, he is very professional and friendly! very accomodating also the front man Ronald with his smile!

some receptionist are unfriendly and unpolite with their english not easy to understand for everybody because different accent they didnt repeat and looks like upper you! remind the rooms near the lift are noisy with noise of the lift go up and down also in the night!

We didn’t like the beach, the water was quite dirty

Hotel is new and amazing. Buffet had large selection and we were very satisfied with Buffet restaurant. However, food at pool bar could be better. Hotel facilities are fantastic, well kept, pools are warm. Huge and warm kids pool.

Hotel's main guests are Russian speaking, they are loud and not always polite. That is disturbing.

We rested in this hotel at the beginning of December 2022. Great hotel. My wife and I really liked it. Good location near the water. Near the shopping center. The hotel has new rooms. Very comfortable beds and linens. Great view from the window. Excellent breakfasts and dinners. Everything is at a high level. Good wifi. There is a good gym.

The first hotel in the history of our travels, which takes a deposit from the card upon check-in.

The hotel is brand new and hence spotlessly clean. The staff is very welcoming, everyone says hi and is willing to help even if your request is not his/her direct job duty. The views from the window were absolutely amazing.

The beach needs improvement. The water is rather muddy - possibly because they have finished construction fairly recently, and so the sand mixed up with clay and/or cement from the construction site...so if you are looking for a nice beach destination - I would recommend Rixos Saadiyat instead (at least for now). Another concern is that the mattress was kind of damp and had this weird smell... I don't know if the previous guest left the balcony door open during the humid weather or was the humidity coming through the AC - let's just say it wasn't the most comfortable night of my life :)

The breakfast was unbelievable, so tasty , diverse, spotless, immaculate The location is magnificence, full sea view with Abu Dhabi corniche view The area in front of Hotel include every things together( swimming pool, garden, play area ..etc) Warm & special thanks to Mrs. Huda, for her warm welcome and the wonderful reception, as well as the reception gifts that were waiting for us in the room Great thanks for reception employees Mr. Mousa & Armani for his helping for me in every thing I asked.
