Pattaya Discovery Beach Hotel - SHA Extra Plus

Accommodation was very good , and good value for the money

Location is next to soi 6 , basically a bars street di one has to tolerate the noise and loud music till rather late (2am after midnight). The hotel has 2 towers the one I was in (D Tower) is not really lively to spend time in the facility , no bar, and room service is untill 11pm , so if you long for a latevnight snack , forget it. The room has a small fridge that is basically empty !!! The good news for smokers is the balcony in which one can smoke a cigarret after a meal or with a coffee or a drink for that matter. Generally, the place is a good value for the money and I would book it again if hoing yo Pattaya .

Small balcony could not use in comfort Pool was just wading pool most of pool 1 meter water but very large area.

Breakfast excellent good choice and about 300 meters away from beachfront , and good street food nearby

My fault I thought I would have been closer to the beach going by the photo 300 meters away and no view of the sea , bit noisy next to soi 6 and a bit strange a road around swimming pool but I will stay there again ,but I will check next time I have a sea view my fault !

The hotel is conveniently located across the road from the beach, but not in the central part of it, but closer to the north. As a result, there are fewer people around. The hotel has an excellent pool. If you wish, you can get a towel near the pool and go to the seashore, where for a small fee you can rent a sun bed for at least the whole day, if you want to. The hotel restaurant offers good breakfasts but is closed in the evening. There are many places around the hotel where you can eat, drink or do whatever crazy you want. The staff is responsive to requests. Cleaning is daily, bed linen is changed frequently. The rooms in the hotel are large, there is a good safe. In general, I liked the hotel. Would come back here again.

The quality of the Internet was periodically very low. The gym is designed for those who play sports very superficially. Could be upgraded with the right set of dumbbells and a multi-gym station, it doesn't cost much.

The hotel is nice and nice, check-in and check-out are unobtrusive and quiet, the swimming pools are nice and the pool service is nice, the staff is great and their performance is good and very quiet, I thank the girl who received us at the beginning, the cleaning staff is great, I will come back to live in this hotel again, the hotel is near malls Big shopping like Garden Royal, Central Festival, Terminal 21, Marina Central and Night Bazaar, the hotel is 10 steps away from Street No. 2 and steps away from Beach Street No. 1

We spent a couple of nights in this hotel while on an extended holiday in Thailand. Location is great, cleanliness excellent and the staff, although we had very little interraction with them, have been helpful. There is an Amazon Cafe within the hotel compounds that serve good and affordable coffee.

Internet connection is dreadful - I could not get into email accounts, etc. which was less than ideal since I run a business and have to be contacted at all times. Since there is a balcony, they could have some seating area in the balcony

Big room, clean

Not having accessible power points to charge my iPad and phone. This was constantly on my mind. Too many light switches. No instructions on how to adjust air-conditioning.
