I think it is a good 3-star hotel, friendly and smiling staff, clean and cosy, good service, close to the beach and shops and restaurants, the surroundings are quiet and not noisy, I think hygiene is very important in the restaurant and also the cleanliness .

This hotel is located on Soi 2 close to the beach. Rooms are large and fairly comfortable. Also, there's an ok selection of TV satellite channels.

The shower faucet is too low for us tall people. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Stuff is great, location too. There are two nice pools.

Need to walk 5 minutes for the pool, as it's in another building. I thought the room has windows, but the window goes out in a hallway, so it's very dark in the morning.

excellent location 2 minute walk to the beach ⛱️ and shopping malls nice pool lovely helpful staff, secure 24hr parking, Baht taxis available outside front of hotel cannot comment on the breakfasts as we did not use that facility, all in all its excellent value for money 😀 👍

Close to Terminal 21 & Central Marina. Walking distance to beach & many restaurants. King size bed. Good selection of English channels on TV Breakfast. Daily cleaning with toiletries.

No handle shower in bathroom. Pick coupon for breakfast at Sabai Inn & walk across street to Sabai Lodge for breakfast.

We always stay at Sabai resort which is right on the main road but since it’s demolished decided to stay here, loved how they maintained such a old hotel everything worked good and the staff were very kind, worth every penny and more, location was great since it’s a short walk to the beach, lots of cafes and 7/11s nearby.

Clean and quiet. Renovated. Friendly staffs. International Tv program. Good housekeeping.

Shower flooded. An upper floor room bloody guest walked like giant, causing humming sound on the ceiling.

Ever since I discovered this hotel, I have been only going here. It fits my vibe and in the crowded pattaya, you get some quietness in this hotel.

Few facilities were removed due to Covid-19, I suggest should reinstate back.

Everything about the hotel is very good and comfortable except for smoking inside where the food is eaten

It would be very good if there was no smoking where the food is eaten inside that would make it so much better

Nice quiet soi close to beach and only a baht bus or Bolt taxi away from the nightlife action.

Nothing. Perfect for me stayed here many times and shall continue to do so
