the sea view from the Deluxe room and and Superior room was breathtaking. The breakfast was ok but the not the best. You get a nice see view from the breakfast area

the beds in the Deluxe room is very hard. For that reason I will no longer stay at this hotel, unless the Grand deluxe sea view room are available. Beds in this room are better. The views from this room is the best I and closest to the beach

The hotel opens on to a big court yard with trees . The included buffet breakfast was good . Also in excellent position on beach front .

The rooms that face the wall of another building don't have a good outlook . Choose the rooms that face the hotel that looks like a ship .

I like the location and the beach view from my hotel room. I stayed on the top floor executive suite. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Terminal 21

The bathroom need tiles in bath shower area. It look very untidy. The room have unpleasant smell as a result of the a drainage problem and it smells like that in all the rooms. Mabe they should throw some drain cleaner in all the drains when the a customer leaves the hotel room. Beds are a bit hard

the room was spacious and comfortable with a small balcony to hang wet clothes, lift available to bring suitcases to higher floors, very close to the beach, with parking. Also, I forgot a couple of things when we checked out and the hotel informed me and even though we could not return to pick them up, on my request they very kindly sent those to the last hotel we were staying in during this trip for which I am very grateful.

We had a very good stay in Sandalay. Confortable room with a lot of space. View on the sea from 5th floor. Great buffet for breakfast with a lot of choice and a coffee machine ! Friendly and efficient staff during breakfast (cleaning staff also !). Nice pool even for kids. Perfect location at beach front with easy access to everything, restaurants, shops, etc.

It was a short stay, only 2 nights, and we haven't had any bad experience.

- The location is very good, near famous cafe Fat coco. Easy going to terminal 21, walk around 12 mins or by local car 10 B. - Most staff are good and friendly. - There're many big trees here, feeling calm with nature inside. - I love the milk in breakfast here, very creamy🍶 Boiled rice is also good.

- Some sand in the room after few steps in. - The wall isn't sound proof, i can hear tv voice/outside voice from others rooms. - Curtain the rest room seems to be broken with 1 small hole but after 1 night stay, i checked it and found it's flipped, after i adjusted it, it's ok. This piont shoukd have been fixed by the staff before check-in. - Faucet in rest room is splashy and just spill around outside the basin.

I liked the location very much (The hotel is located basically next to the beach) as well as pretty descent restaurant downstairs. Breakfast was very good as well (could be provided for 200 BHT, if not booked with the room). Staff was also very supportive and friendly (printing out my tests, boarding passes, etc). Pool is ok, but I was not very excited staying nearby it, when there is a beach next door :)

When booking with "sea view" or "city view" I used to get basically the same view: one can see just a bit of sea. The difference is that the room with the sea view has mainly the view on the pool, while the room with the "city view" has the view of the opposite hotel. What I also did not like: somewhat a bit noisy air conditions/fan and sort of complicated taps in the shower-room: could not really cope with those taps easily :) The room maybe too simple, but it is good value for money I spent I believe

The location cannot be any better. Absolutely perfect location. The pool was good as well and a good buffet breakfast to start the day.

We have seen better bathrooms for sure. The general look and feel was a bit dated and not as modern as maybe some other options.
