The size of the room for the money, the fairly reasonably speedy Wi-Fi, the staff at the front desk, the cleanliness overall.

I really think the shower section could be renovated. I remember the last time I stayed at this hotel, whenever I showered the water would splash out, NOT fun, this time it's exactly the same. There wasn't really a way to contain the water. Additionally, there weren't any toothbrush or toothpaste at the wash basin, I guess the property is trying to be sustainable? I respect that though. One last thing, I mentioned to the front desk staff that, with the absence of phones in the room, guests can use the app to communicate with the front desk, however, I tried it last night, NO answer! Please refine the app or the system, otherwise it's pointless!

Good location terminal 21 and central marina complex 5 minute walk away. Walking street beach road can be got via 10 baht bus within minutes. Newish small clean basic rooms. Shower cubicle and shower head the best I’ve come across. Valuables Safe in room. Television in room basic Thai channels. Staff pleasant and efficient.

Air conditioning unit is very very loud you will not be able to sleep if it is on. Additional fan can be used. This is a deal breaker hotel needs to sort it as I could hear ac in other rooms when I had mine off . Luckily for me I was in a room shaded from the sun and weather was mild. Stayed 10 nights and less than £10 per night good value for clean room in good location.

The staff are very attentive and the receptionist Bow who I dealt with displayed excellent customer service skills and spoke good English which always helps foreigners. I needed a slight alteration to the curtain in the room and the laundry lady I met in the hallway fixed it immediately, very impressed. The hotel is nice and clean, the bed was very very comfortable and the bathroom was good and the shower was excellent. The hotel had good security and the room a small safe to put your valuables in which is always good. The hotel for me is in a good spot its a quiet area but only a 10 min walk to beach road and the many restaurants plus there is a motorcycle taxi just around the corner from the hotel who can take you anywhere. From the bus station the motorcycle guy charged 80 baht and return was 60 baht, quick and easy and it's about 4 kilometers. I stay at many hotels in Thailand and this is a very good one for the price and I would definitely stay here again

These are not complaints just observations but the room is not big but cozy and a small bar fridge would be handy to keep a cold drink in

My friends were staying next door in the joint room and, for some reason, the price surged for me even though we booked the room a couple of days in between. I ended up paying more but would be nice if it could’ve been consistently priced. The room could also do with a mini fridge

Room was always clean and comfortable. Spent a lot of time on the beach, 5 minutes away & walking. Night time in the Hotel was quiet, easy to sleep. Staff were great, going the extra mile to make it a care free stay. Wi Fi was great. The breakfast bar was very handy, just off from the lobby, staff were very attentive. Very secure feeling overall.

No Vending machines in the lobby, maybe, water, snacks. Although the local mini mart is a 5 minute walk.

heavy dust under bed. never been cleaned. cleaners need to be more thorough with their cleaning. difficulty breathing with dust circulating in room.

I like the customer service from the Front Desk Officer when we checked in until we checked out. They spoke English very well and are very respectful and polite. The room was very clean and comfortable. Location is very easy to find and easy access to anything. And very strict access to the floors. No keycard, you can't get in the elevator. I like that.

It is not really that I don't like. It's just that the room was quite small. No amenities like free bottles of water. And there was no phone inside. In fact, if I'm not mistaken, you have to use the phone in the hallway to call the Front Desk? Not sure though.

Amazing for the price! If you want budget, this is one of the best options. We had problems at first with the AC not working, but after two room changes (very helpful lady at the desk) we got a better AC unit.

Everything good, but the top floor is sooo hot.

The location is very good, I could use a baht bus (10 baht for a ride) to get to my place along the Second Road. There is Big C supermarket really close, a number of massage parlors and a good Thai food café The room had a very good bathroom, new and spacious. I really appreciate it!

The biggest minus is that the room was very tiny, it was hard to be isolated in such a small room.

A nice but basic room that was fresh and clean and comfortable in a good location with a very budget-friendly rate. I was only looking for a room to sleep and nothing else and this hotel and room were perfect for me! Very nice staff and quick check-in. Would have been really nice to have a small fridge in the room.
