A-One Pattaya Beach Resort

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are quite big. They have a great buffet breakfast. The rooms had an attached balcony from where you can see the Pattaya Beach. This location is superb because it's right on the Pattaya Beach road which is very near to all the restaurants and main areas. You easily get Bike taxis and tuk tuk in walking distance.

The staff is very strict about their checkin time. The staff is helpful but no staff stays in the hotel after 8:00 pm, so if you need any help from them you will be disappointed. You will have to go to the next hotel to ask for even extra water bottles at night. For breakfast you will have to go to the next building.

Location is very good, the room has little sea view, and good size

I had to walk to another near hotel every day to have breakfast, the pool is almost on the street

The location of the hotel is very convenient. There are many restaurants nearby within a walking distance. The beach is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. A very nice and clean sandy beach. Many chair vendors to choose from for rental. The price is reasonable. The front desk staff are very helpful and spoken good English. The room are always clean and kept tidy by the housekeeping staff every days.

A non response to my one minor complaint - to clean out the shower head jets for a continuous smooth water stream, rather than the irregular 'spritzers' mixed with an intermittend cold water splatter, via apparently partially clogged shower jets, as well as a the malfunctioning diverter from the regular showerhead to the 'rain-shower' head from the ceiling.

The location is great, close to the beach as well as bars, restaurants, shopping. Staff were polite.

There was a renovation of the pool area which I understand has to be done at sometime, however this information would have been good to know before my arrival. maybe a breakfast upgrade or room upgrade would have made it easier to take.

The hotel had an excellent situation, close to town and beach. The employees were very friendly and helpful. There was only a small pool at the hotel but it was possible to use the pool in the adjacent hotel. Breakfast was also very good.

Some of the furnishings had seen better days.

Room spacious and cheap, good for staying. Area is good, has a few shopping centres and restaurants close by, alongside Alcazar and Tiffany cabaret show. Close to the beach aswell.

Had to go to a different hotel to check in, hard to locate exact location on Google maps.

location near to Pattaya city centre. Room is spacious, seaview balcony is fantastic, wooden floor and warm tone interior design is welcome.

need to close the toilet door to open fridge. Water basin circumference too wide, mouth wash water easily spilled out on the sides. Carpark is limited.

Good location, good beach view. Rooms are clean and well furnished.

Upon checking out I asked for a tax invoice for the company expenses. The lady at the reception desk looked confused and said they did not do them and there was not one available. However, I had already arranged for it to be collected while checking out. I had to be persistent and insist the receipt was available. She looked around and it was there on the desk waiting for me to collect. My point is that she was lazy to just say the invoice wasn't available instead of engaging her brain and searching for it or producing one.

You need a receptionist at each building. Only annoying thing had to ask where reception was and go long way
