Mera Mare Pattaya

The staffs are all very nice👍🏻Thebreakfast is great，they change sometime every day👍🏻The location is great，just opposite the sea and some rooms can have very good sea view。There are many shops around and you can slowly walk to Central World Pattaya with nice foodcourt（Pattaya Night Market just behind CWP，it has very good price compared to Bangkok。The famous 红姐餐厅for seafoodjust next to it）。Also can slowly walk to Pattaya Walking Street etc。Grab to Terminal21 etc also very cheap。

The pool and gym is small。They are located at Level 2。The pool water is very dirty，you can see it visually when under water。Me and my friends all have rashes after swimming there（no problem when swim in all other hotels on the trip）。By the way，Pattaya beach are very dirty with a lot of rubbish😂

Staff were great and room was clean. Staff were very helpful when we asked about helping us book certain activities. Breakfast was quite good, a little repetitive but it's just like most other buffet breakfast in hotels.

I wasn't expecting the swimming pool to be shallow. The pool looked big in the photos on booking.com but when we went for a swim the pool was barely swimmable as it wasnt deep enough to properly swim. Be careful what you use in the room as we were not aware that the bath bomb had to be paid for. It wasn't pricey but we were just not aware of it.

It’s comfortable & clean.

Day before I asked for late checkout or if I can paid half day as my flight at evening time but the lady at reception told me that hotel fully booked which not right that’s forced me to booked a full night just for 3 hrs stay & when I did checkout the staff by reception were shocked why not ask for late checkout & not to pay full night which’s a big joke for me & they keep asking me which lady told you that bla bla bla.

property was clean, good location to shops/restaurants/bars and beach , we could not fault the staff , the helpfulness,great place except for being next door to Hard Rock Cafe

hotel next door is the Hard Rock Cafe and be prepared for loud v/loud music from 8am until 12 midnight , & Saturday pool parties where it seems they encourage kids to wild and scream as much as they can , honestly this is no exaggeration.

The room and the bathroom were quite big and very clean. The mini bar has a lot of items, even some locally roasted coffee (I love coffee). The view from our room was OK, but not exactly what I expected when I booked ocean view. It was more of a partial ocean view and mainly to the nearby houses. Maybe the upper floors have a better view. The breakfast was great with lots of options. Also it's located near the beach so you can simply cross the road and walk there.

There was a constant bad smell in our room and couldn't get rid of it even with the ac. The view was mostly towards the neighboring houses and less towards the ocean, although it's mentioned as ocean view.

Mera Mara is a special hotel, in the perfect location on Beach road. The relaxed and professional atmosphere is welcoming and calming. The lobby and restaurants are kept to a high standard with friendly staff, all of whom are accommodating and kind.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right adjacent to Hard Rock Hotel on Pattaya Beachfront. You just hop across the street to hit the beach. The rooms are quite large and came with a balcony which is an added plus. The complimentary breakfast spread is simply awesome.

Thy charge for even an ice bucket. This was not expected from a hotel of this stature. They also limited to either 2 tea bags or coffee complimentary in the room, after which you need to pay. I found this surprising.

small shallow pool.

Great location just across the road from the beach. Short walk to bars and restaurants and Walking Street is just 10 minutes by public transport. Easy to get a Baht Bus on the main road outside. Room was clean, excellent size and had a lovely balcony with a good view of the sea. Staff were very helpful and could not be faulted in any way. I would definitely stay here again.

The pool is smaller than it looks from the pictures and the space is a little tight round the pool with the sunbeds in place. There aren't many sunbeds so it can often be busy.

Perfect location, nice lobby area, sea view

Breakfast not recommondable. Just one coffee machine (nescafe) available. One morning the manager said the machine was broken and there was no coffee. He didn' t offer a cup of coffee from their own café. Only when asked to bring a cup from the café 20 meters away, my wish was fulfilled. Fried eggs on the buffet were cold. Little selection of baked goods, which were also not to our liking. We cannot recommend the breakfast. Further training for the manager for the breakfast area would be helpful.
