Sunshine Hotel & Residences - SHA Plus

The location is good, close to the beach and other attractions. And the breakfast buffet menu is very nice & offers a large variety of options.

The noise from nearby clubs was so loud the hotel recommends using ear plugs to sleep. Some parts of the property, especially the elevator space near the lobby & pool stinks really bad.

It is the perfect central spot for a trip to Pattaya.

unfortunately it can be loud at night but who is there to sleep… right?

The staff was high quality (reception, bellboys, cleaning staff) It was about my 5th visit here and the hotel is still good value for money.

Aircon in room 3612 should need maintenance. Very very loud and sometimes fell out. Note: when I called the reception, a technician came to fix it within 15 minutes. Very friendly man and good service! But anyway, I think the motor outside should be replaced, because extremely noisy.

Location and staff service. When we came here the condition was bit chaos and too many ppl were queueing but we can wait at their lobby and staff very helpful. The facility is also pleasant. Breakfast food is Ok and I enjoyed my morning coffee there. Location is very close to pattaya beach and attractions. Price is also worth to facilities and location. They have 3 pools, not that big but enough to enjoy yourself.

We were met at reception by Fern who took us through the booking in. There was a hiccup at first which was soon sorted (there were no rooms available!!!) Didn't have the breakfast. The location is pretty good and, depending on where your room is, you can't hear the music from the local bars (we had different rooms during our long stay so ask for a room away from the front of the hotel). The all day cafe is great. The cleaning staff are very courteous and good for a laugh.

Nothing to mention.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the action and yet my room on level 7 was still quiet enough even with all the bars going until 3 am. A great buffet breakfast was available from 7 am. Free water and coffee supplied each day. Nice swimming pools on 3 levels. All staff were friendly and a warm greeting was always there from the security guard through to the reception and house keeping staff.

GREAT CENTRAL LOCATION, NEAR THE BEACH, THE NIGHTLIFE AND THE MALL

SWIMMING POOLS ARE SMALL. ALSO CHARGED ME WAY TOO MUCH FOR A LITTLE BLOOD ON THE SHEETS. THEY WASH OUT SAME AS NORMAL SO WHY CHARGE SO MUCH ? AND I ALWAYS TIP THE CLEANERS EVERY DAY AND STILL HIYT ME FOR 800 BAHT, COULD BUY NEW SHEETS FOR THAT LOL. BUT TO BE FAIR TO THE HOTEL, THE PRICE WAS IN THE BOOK IN MY ROOM

Location is great, Staff where always ever so helpful. The options of 3 pools to use is great, catch some sun on the roof top or chill in shade on the lower ones. Variety of options for breakfast everyday was great, from fresh fruit to omelettes or eggs cooked to order.

Some things a little dated and showing age. The amount of bird dropping is eye catching needs some attention. When the 2nd lift is out of commission.

Everything at the hotel was very good, Buffet breakfast a good selection of food eg.eggs bacon, rice pasta potato vegetables etc also cereals salad and fruit. I was at the hotel for 4 nights and the menu did change a little from day to day

A bit of noise coming from live band at one of the bars on the soi,. , but I had an early night and I slept ok but not a lot of people come to hotel on soi 8 Pattaya for an early night.

I have stayed at Sunshine 4 times in the last 12 months I could afford to stay any where but this hotel has every thing. Excellent English speaking staff. Food is great location perfect it is just a excellent place to stay
