Ao Nang Bay Resort

I highly recommend this place! Stuff is very friendly and helpful, speak good English. Room service daily was always perfect. Room itself very comfortable, it has bath tub, fridge, AC. And they have very good WiFi (this information is lacking in booking.com). Location is good, near to all main places in Ao Nang. Really happy to stay here next time!

Swimming pool could have more shadow space.

Ao Nang is absolutely the best neighborhood in Krabi and it is most convenient to go anywhere from there. The hotel was lovely, the room big and clean with nice big balcony too. Breakfast set B was our favorite.

can't find anything we didn't like

It was much more then we expected. Very kind staff with good english. Since I have problem with noise, they were kind to offer the room on the top floor. They understood my special needs. Hotel's swimming pool is a wonderfull added value. Clean water and nice area. Breakfast is not as rich as we used to eat, but they were very kind to add some details. The bath in the bathroom is a great added value. We booked two rooms, and were together next door. Balcony is a wonderfull thing to the room. Hotel is located very close to the main shopping street, starting points to the islands, but no bars or pubs next to it. Quite area, quite Hotel and since I am very sensitive to the noise I sleept very well. They surprised us the last day, and offered one room for the family to stay latter, since we had late flight. They were professional, according to availability of course. Lady at the reception called Suchawalun is the person to have.

Nothing to point out. Wonderfull stay for us, as we traveled in low season and to finih our trip before headed home.

اعجبني كل شي . وقرب المحلات والمطاعم .والمشي . Everything as mentioned by the other guests. Clean . Near to Everything. No worries . Everything in walking distance. Everything worked in my room. Great location for walking to the beach or the seafood restaurants. Or the night market. Breakfast I liked. Although not a buffet.its a set menus with 3 options. The lobby and restaurant is an open area. Appreciated all hotel workers. They are super nice. And no problem for guests. And parking for car and motorcycle available in front. Thanks for the upgrade. And the amazing view to the pool and mountain from my balcony 😍

The elevators are out of service. Payment done by card. Although cash has been chosen. But it's a small thing. Maybe others will consider. .

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Rooms were a good size, really clean and nice balcony overlooking the pool. Bed was really comfy. Because it was so quiet you basically had everything to yourself including the pool. It's amazing value, especially with breakfast included

Breakfast was ok but some other options would be better. The sausage, egg and bread option was not the best and was all cold. Maybe try pancakes or different types of egg?

It is a very beautiful hotel with a cozy old Siamese-styled atmosphere. The beach is only a 3 minute walk away, and the rooms are comfortable and quiet. The staff was very friendly😊

It was a little bit too quiet because of traveling in low season during monsoon time.

Swimming pool and location

Breakfast and always having to ask for missing paper in the room. We also noticed that when we started cleaning the room they didn't change the sheets, even once we had a stained sheet and instead of changing it they turned it the other way around, which I thought was really bad.

Excellent service and very kind, helpful personnel. Clean rooms and good location. Very good value for the money paid.

There was very little diversity in breakfast options. For a few days it's OK, if you plan to stay a longer period, the breakfast it's going to be a bit boring.

everything was fine, the room was clean and the staff was friendly. they did express laundry for us too and charged only 30 baht so that was very affordable. good value for money

it was too close to the jungle probably so lots of aggressive mosquitoes. bring mosquito repellents
