Staff courtesy.location the breakfast was good.convenient to reach center district.

They had very limited number of water bottles and limited supply of tea bags and cream. I offered them to charge me extra money for that but they did nothing.other than that our stay was hassle free .there were fruit flies in the fruit and pastry area . I brought that to staff attention but not action we’re taken.there should be fan place on both doors to prevent the flies to enter .

It's a good big resort, breakfast spread was very good. Room and bathroom was clean. Lot of indian, Thai restaurants are in the vicinity. There is mini Mart in resort compound.

There were 3 Swimming pools and two of them were dirty, especially the one for kids had slimy water in it. Location wise it's 1 km away from aonang beach market, though beach is just across the road. Resort restaurant doesn't have many food options. Kids area shown in pictures was not functional, nor the kids rides. The swimming slides weren't cleaned properly. The bathroom washbasin was clogged, when reported on reception in the morning housekeeping person came around 4 pm in evening to fix it

The bed was very comfortable and pillows great compared with other places we have stayed. The staff were very helpful. Swimming pool slides great for my daughter. One of the staff members at the swim up bar made fantastic cocktails.

Do not like the smoking that is allowed. There was a gap in the sliding door of our room out onto the balcony so when the people next to us smoked on the balcony it would drift into our room. Plus there were people smoking at the pool. Not great around children. I did have to phone reception one night when our neighbours were partying and making a lot of noise at 1am. Staff responded promptly and sorted this out which was appreciated.

Myself and my daughter had a fantastic stay here. our room was on the top floor overlooking the trees and stream area, where we could watch heron and squirrels. Our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The hotel amenities where fab, my daughter loved ordering pancakes at the pool bar. Big shout out to the bar staff, kids club lady and the cleaners, all where friendly and helpful, which added to the holiday experience. We loved the pools and the kids club, the gym was good and the lobby staff where very helpful. We would definitely come back for the location as the street market and shops where a stones throw away. Taxi boats where a two minute walk to get to railay beach which is a must see.

Out of everything the only thing we didn’t like and it’s not the hotels fault, was being hounded for a taxi every-time we walked out of the hotel, but they’ve got to make a living.

Stayed for 5 nights and it was wonderful. We were out daily so we needed a place nice enough & pleasant throughout our stay. This was perfect for the price, overall resort vibes, breakfast included, within Ao Nang district & two night markets close by. We were never short of food with food stalls within walking distance. Although the location may be a little further away from the main beach, it was perfect for us as we enjoyed walking down the streets & truly basking in the neighborhood daily.

The room was not exactly pristine clean but it was clean enough for us to feel comfortable enough to sleep in. Not sure if it's a Krabi thing but noticed that any clothing/fabrics tend to feel a little moist in the rooms? Wish there were more vegetarian options for the breakfast buffet besides Indian food.

1. Beautiful resort - well maintained. 2. Close proximity to beach, shops, markets and restaurants 3. Spoilt for choice with many pools - we had a pool access room which was a real treat 4. Daily happy our at swim up bar was fun 5. Staff are friendly and helpful - there were some small stains on our sheets when we checked in. These were promptly replaced when we pointed it out. 6. Specific Indian food at breakfast was considerate - I'm not of Indian origin but noticed many Indian families at the resort so I thought this food option was a nice touch

1. Equipment at the Fitness centre seemed old and dated 2. Would be nice if breakfast lasted longer so guests could have a more leisurely morning.

The staff are very helpful and will go additional mile to help. There are several different room configuration to choose. After pandemic, hotel need some repainting or touch up - hotel is doing minor touch up to refresh the building. Hotel location is great as its quieter (some shops around but not too noisy). Only need 5 minutes walk to the very busy (and noisy) shopping area. Breakfast is simple (Auha Cafe, Krabi just in front hotel serves very good cafe, croissant and mango sticky rice). Met a great driver (he drive van and sedan car also) who drove us around for 3 days at very reasonable price.

Hotel: incredibly beautiful and open complex with a great maritime ambience. All areas such as lobby, pool, restaurant and bars were very clean and in good condition. Room: we had one of the suites with private pool and sea view. It was stunning! The AC worked perfectly and was not to noisy. Breakfast: a simple but nice open restaurant directly next to the sea. There was a diverse buffet starting from yoghurt, fruit and cereals, to various egg dishes and breads and cheeses, to hot dishes such as rice and meat. Staff: very friendly and polite. Our original room with pool access was upgraded to a suite with private pool for free after an overbooking. The pool was slightly contaminated by a bird at check-in, but was cleaned immediately upon request; At the resort we were able to book a transfer to Kho Samui. The driver was a few minutes late the next day, which was solved directly by the staff by phone without our request. Location: directly on the beach; on opposite is a pier where you can book various routes (Railay Beach, Hong Island, etc.); Some very good restaurants and bars with live music directly on the beach (max. 2 minutes walk from the resort); the promenade with various shopping stalls and numerous other bars and restaurants is about 15 minutes away on foot (taxis are available of course everywhere).

The hotel is suitable for family stay, kids really happy with the pool area and kids club. Check in staff was welcoming and helpful.

This is our returning stay however we found the totally different from our first 1st stay in March - Breakfast line was very limited if comparing with last stay and the selection was the same very day. - Lack of housekeeping staff, our room was not been touched up on the 3rd day and the housekeeping lady told us that she has overworked which we understand that it’s not her fault but it will be much better if the management have their hands on it. - The sheets & pillow case has bad odour and we have to asked for changes on our first day. - Power shutdown and black out for 5-6 hours, we do understand that’s happened in all area. however staff should communicate more with the customer.

A lovely hotel in quiet area with an amazing garden and very nice pool area, good music at the pool bar throughout the day, very kind staff and always with a smile on their faces, breakfast with many options depending on tastes, clean and spacious rooms with large terraces, comfortable beds, big shower. The terrace of the restaurant offers an excellent view of the beach. The sounds of the birds in the jungle behind the hotel at sunrise was a wonderful experience.

In the wing where we stayed, the furniture was a little outdated, but this did not affect our stay, everything else was excellent.
