My stay at the hotel was comfortable, but I wished they provided some additional room necessities such as a room sleeper and toothbrush. The hotel offered satisfactory accommodations, but these small amenities would have enhanced the overall experience.

We were given an upgrade on arrival which was great. Breakfast was great and location excellent. Overall it’s a really decent hotel for what you pay.

The rooms are a bit neglected, especially the bathrooms which are old. We didn’t have hot water. It was about swimming pool warm. We asked them to fix it and they did, but when we got back there was no change. Asked them again to fix it and the mechanic arrived and told us that’s normal and as hot as it gets. lucky the lady from reception turned up and after much arguing she asked them to sort it out. By the next day(our 3rd shower) it was much improved. That was a disappointing experience. Literally the 2 most important things in a hotel stay are a good nights sleep and a warm shower. The upgraded room shared a door with the room next door and you can hear the people there and they had children, even though they weren’t especially noisy, we were still woken up by them numerous times.

We enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was good- I’ve seen some reviews complaining that it’s the same every day, but there’s plenty of choice. The hotel is in the quieter end of Ao Nang, so you don’t hear the sound of long tail boat engines all day! There was a bar opposite that played music in the evening, but they usually stopped bang on 11pm. Our room was made up with fresh towels each day.

The smell of sewage was incessant! It really ruined the experience of sitting by the pool. There was brief periods where the wind must have been blowing a different direction but it was really unpleasant. The beach at this end of Ao Nang isn’t as nice- more shells in the sea and when the tide is in (before lunch time) there is no beach to speak of. (But of course this is not the hotels fault.)

This is a budget hotel with a 3 star rating. The hotel is situated across the road from the beach and very close to all the shops and restaurants. The night market is a 5 minute walk. The development is simple and well equipped for the needs of a family or solo traveler. The rooms were clean and tidy. No mosquitos in our room. The bathroom was plenty big and was equipped with a shower and bath, shampoo and conditioner was provided. Breakfast was just right, eggs however you want them, coffee and tea as well as all the bits you'd expect for breakfast as well as rice, noodle vegetables and more. There is a 100bhat deposit for a beach towel, no gym or sauna. The pool is on the smaller side but clean and well maintained. There is a library area for reading as well as an iron and board for pressing your clothes none are available in the rooms. The rooms have a flat screen TV only Thai channels, kettle and cups, coffee and tea available. Water is provided daily (complementary) We stayed at the Buri for 4 nights 2 adults and 2 children at a cost of £378.00 with breakfast, one room with a large double and bunk bed. The hotel next door charged £1400, we slept comfortably and enjoyed the breakfast. We didn't arrive with high expectations but left with admiration for a well organised hotel. All the staff were absolutely amazing.

We had no complaints, it's very simple this is a 3 star hotel, working hard to make your experience enjoyable. Please don't come here having paid very little and start complaining that it wasn't good enough. Pay more and go elsewhere. This is a no thrills hotel with a straight forward approach. You will get all you need not all you want.

Breakfast was okay. Muffins and croissants were not upto the mark. Bacon and sausages were too raw for my taste. Omelette and coffee stations were awesome. Their local food was okay but not to my palate for breakfast. Staff was very helpful. We were checking out at 3am and they suggested that they pack us breakfast boxes for our flights. Location was excellent. Very close to Aonang night market but quiet. Boats to other islands were right in front of the hotel. All tours offered free pickups.

Shower could use improvement. Very little water flow. After a long day in the sun and sea, we wanted a good hot shower but it was so sad.

Good location. The package come with breakfast which was suitable for my family. Their staff is friendly and available to take late checking-in and early checkouts.

The room floor was a little dusty when we checked in. However, it was cleaned after we reported to the front desk. The shower head was not working well and needed repair which was attended to after being reported.

The facilities need to be upgraded and modernized - the door was difficult to close and the lights on the hall way was not well lit - some don’t have bulbs and they used flash lights instead; the staff was friendly but have difficulty to communicate in English. I would like to have more variety to breakfast menu - not always the same sorts everyday.

My daughter and I loved the location, beds and overall feel of the hotel that we decided to stay for 3 extra nights. Pool area with bar service and food was perfect. Beach bars across the street super fun and lots of markets and shops close by. Staff was super friendly especially the cleaning ladies, always smiling with a warm hello.

There was nothing to not like

The staff was welcoming and helped us during the whole check-in process. The rooms have a swimming pool view and it’s super cozy! The bed was superbly comfortable. The Breakfast was amazing! One of the best that I ever had, 9/10!

My room was at the end of the hotel, thus, it can be quite scary if you arrive at late night. The Gardens/Swimming Pool lights should be switched on at all times!

Pool was clean and well maintained. Hotel was overall decent, rooms were slightly old but staff kept it clean. Location is across Nopharat Thara beach but this beach is not suitable for swimming. Location is near many food options including very good seafood restaurant across the street.

Breakfast was OK but many items were the same every day so it became quite boring.
