Tulip Inn Beaulieu Lausanne

Used this hotel as it was close to the Beaulieu conference centre and it was perfect as a base for the conference. The concierges were great and made me feel very welcome, which is important when you've landed very late in a foreign country. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. There was a little garden filled with tulips which was lovely. I had a garden room and it was very quiet.

The shower head is very low. I wish there was a kettle or coffee maker in the room. There was no complimentary shampoo in the bathroom.

Staff were amazing, very helpful, the room is great, beds and pillow were so comfy, slept really well there, shower is a bit small, location is perfect and well connected to many nice areas, it's too bad they didn't not have a terrace and breakfast looked a bit poor from far (this is why i chose to opt it out and not pay for it).

Breakfast option is poor in my opinion, would be good to at least include eggs, tomato, cucumber, yogurt, porridge, oatmeal, almond milk.

Room has a fan for cooling (very hot during my stay), but I found it too loud to keep on at night Hairdryer was next to window and appeared to not work after getting heated by afternoon sun, although I told the staff about it when leaving and anyways it worked fine in the mornings

The price is very high for the room. 500 euros for three nights. That is a lot. And I noticed that some of my colleagues payed a lot less less for the same. I would not take the breakfast anymore, and perhaps find a way to make coffee in the room. It is a pity that it is not possible to have a warm water boiler in the room. Location fine, the price was high to my opinion.

The hotel is located in a quiet street and in a short walk distance to the center and Flon area. The staff was really friendly and very helpful with questions and suggestions, trying to make our stay very easy and relaxed. I really loved that. Breakfast was complete and varied, and beds were very comfy.

Rooms were a bit old fashion (furniture, switches), but I liked that retro style :)

The room was very clean and the employees are very helpful. Breakfast was also nice and the employee at the breakfast (Gasper or Kacper - not sure how to spell his name) was very friendly and did a very good job in serving the guests.

The bed is a bit too small for 1 person and the pillow is too big in comparison

it’s a hotel where the owner is always there and it shows. He is in every detail. Although is quite a big hotel, all works like a big family. Employees are very kind. Breakfast is complete, with good quality products. They have gluten free bread. It has parking in the property, something very rare in Lausanne.

We had just one night here as we were travelling to our next destination, however the hotel staff were very helpful and the room was spotlessly clean.We didn't use any amenities other than the garage but I am sure they would come up to the excellent standard set by this hotel. Sat in the well kept garden in the evening which was an added bonus. Use this hotel with confidence.

very clean room and all facility functioning. breakfast was good. great location close to sightseeing. parking was conveniently located underground. nice garden was convenient to have outdoor breakfast. staff were friending and very polite and professional.

Location was great, 10 min by foot to the center. Also ask for the bus city card and they will give you transport card for free during your stay. The room was clean, breakfast was good.

The hotel looks a bit old and would need a bit of refreshing of the lobby. The bed was so-so and pillows were huge, so we slept a bit uncomfortably, they should offer some other normal size pillows. Breakfast was until 10am, and when I’m on holidays I would appreciate to have at least until 11. There is no restaurant in the hotel.
