Very spacious and clean room. Efficient check in system with a lockbox when I arrived on a Sunday. The electric blinds and curtains provided a great black out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare food and wash up. The location was convenient for me as I was visiting the university rather than the centre (but it is only about a 15-20 minute walk to the centre or an easy bus ride).

The room was very hot (because of the time of year) and the air cooler provided was very noisy (squeaky) which meant it was unpleasant to have on. Other than that, no complaints!

The location was close to the lake side, and our room had views of the lake and mountains. Nearby were local shops, including a patisserie/bakery, especially good for breakfast. On the ground floor is a small restaurant/bar with a pool table. We didn't get to use it but it seemed well frequented by local people. The studio was very clean, spacious and comfortable, especially the bathroom. The small kitchen was very useful, equipped with a small hob, fridge and grill microwave. We were provided with a raclette oven, which was superb in view of the local cheese shop. Access to public transport was included in the price and a bus stop was very very close by, and a few stops only to the Lausanne Metro for the Railway station.

The property is near a busy road at peak times. If you close all the windows, the noise won't bother you but we like some fresh air so it was noisier than we would have hoped, but the nearby bus stop was really handy, just shows you can't have it all!

Clean, spacious, great location as view over the lake and great bus links every few minutes Café on the property also good and friendly Really lovely walk (5 minutes down to the lake) then along the front - calm and beautiful to see the lakes and mountains on a sunny morning :-).

Bland deco - everything very grey. Hot plate don't bother - sooo long to heat up. Glass door to the bathroom, even if the middle part frosted, was disconcerting! prefer a proper door! Could do with a handle next to bath for those needing to steady self to climb in and out to shower! Good double glazing so no traffic noise over night, but if windows cracked open was noisy. Ok in the day, but would be too noisy in the summer as a fairly busy road between the hotel and the lake.

Convenient location for my work, local transportation in front of hotel and walking distance to the lake beach and promenade great sunset. Everything worked just fine, the access door, key, etc, all the information available was very accurate. Thank you

Although all the information were available and very well explained, only a swiss contact was available for any issues. The AC was too warm and I was not able to adjust it, so I opened the window, also worked but it would be nice to have a local in-house contact.

Great communication beforehand! We appreciated the clear instructions about checking in as well as the information about the city transit ticket that was included for our stay. The apartment was perfect for our stay in Lausanne.

Please consider including laundry detergent in the cost of using the washer so travelers don't have to buy or bring their own to use. Also, a drying rack in the apartment would be useful for air-drying washed items.

Only stayed 5 days, but the one employees I talked to were very nice, and always responded to my emails within a day. The location is good, next to a bus station, and a 10 min walk from some supermarkets. And the bathroom was nicely clean.

The breakfast situation could have been better. They only offer the possibility of buying in the previous day a breakfast kit.

The room had a balcony with views over lake and mountains - very pleasant. Basic but sufficient kitchen equipment. Room was very clean. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

The bedclothes were of comparatively poor quality, and the pillows were very uncomfortable. Our main issue was with the sliding glass door to the bathroom which did not provide sufficient privacy.

Comfy beds, free transport tickets , good amount of space, brilliant location by the lake. Staff were helpful when needed

Reception only staffed during daytime hours. Was a bit inconvenient not being able to store luggage on the day of checkout as our flight was late at night

This hotel locates very close to the lake, so shortly you can have a walk along the side of the lake, very nice! The room has more than enough space, especially like the bed, proper softness! Moreover, there are coffee machine and cooking plates in the room, light cooking is possible~ A lot of details pleased us, e.g. comfortable floor, user-friendly curtain and so on.

This aparthotel is located very well, just in the middle of everything, next to the lake. Everything is within walking distance. A city transport card has been provided for free as well. The sauna is very lovely.

The room is clean and comfy, however, I missed a kind of bistro/ dining table. In night time there were some kind of party noise from outside.
