is a modern hotel very close to the city center. Wehad a quadruple room with 4 single beds. The room had 2 air conditioners placed very inspired so that if you pulled the vertical curtains to split the room in two, you had air conditioning on each side. In the room there is a corner with a sink, refrigerator, microwave and cutlery. Upon arrival we were greeted by two very nice ladies from whom we received excellent tips for places to visit and restaurants. Varied breakfast with eggs, cereals, yogurts, juices, ham and cheese, local pastries

very nice location, very clean photos on the Booking.com doesn’t do it justus. very nice staff, breakfast is very good it has something for everyone fruits yogurts pastries many kinds of cheese jams honey and many more. highly recommend.

everything was more than I expected

The room was spacious, very clean and modern - I found the bed especially comfortable and finally big enough to be able to stretch my legs or turn around without kicking my partner all the time! :) Our room had a balcony overlooking the rooftops (and some towers) of Porto, which we sadly didn't enjoy much, as it was quite rainy in March. Nonetheless, I imagine a nice evening with a pastel de nata & a glass of port wine can be had on the balcony in better weather. The breakfast was nice and varied. The hotel is located in a side street, but only 10-15 mins on foot to the Sao Bento train station and only 6 mins walking to the Metro that takes you directly to the airport (Trindade station, it takes about 30 mins). All the attractions of Porto are also within walking distance, including Mercado do Bolhão (5mins walk) and many pastelarias on the way (so if you can't resist, you may come back to the hotel a few kilos heavier). Finally, a special thank you goes to the hotel staff, who were excellent and very friendly - I was very grateful that I could have breakfast 40 mins before the opening time to be able to catch my early flight (it ended up being my only meal for the day until early evening).

This is not the hotel's fault, but we were unlucky enough to experience what "Family" in the hotel name means, as a bunch of rowdy Spanish kids were shouting and loudly knocking on each other's room's doors at 1am at night. Something to be aware of - but otherwise it was all very quiet, it was still a great stay and I would definitely come back!

We had a amazing stay at this hotel. We had 2 rooms for 5 people : a double room and a superior double room. They were both sparkling clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. In the superior room, they even had already prepared the sofa bed into the bed, knowing that we would be 3 people staying in that room: we really appreciated this, as very often, when this happens in other hotels, we have to ask for extra linen, prepare the bed ourselves etc... but here, everything was prepared and ready! And of course, we all loved the breakfast!

There isn't anything we didn't like. I would just say that it would be nice to have a largest breakfast room, as it can become quite crowded, but that is about it.

Everything was nice and clean, and the personnel was very friendly.

One morning the breakfast was crowded. We were offered to either have breakfast served to our room or to wait a little. We chose to wait, and within 10 minutes we got a table.

Hotel was lovely and clean. Location was good only a few mins to bars and resturants .a longer walk to get to hop on hop off bus. Breakfast was good .mainly continental style plenty to eat replenised all the time. Staff very nice and helpful with everything .one of the party needed gluten free choices .so they had gluten free bread and yoghurts and fruit available .which was good.we had notified them ahead of arrival.they had no problem with this. Bathroom had a great shower plenty of towels .toileteries provided.Kettle was a great asset to make a cuppa.fridge .little sink it was super. We had a great stay . Local bus the 502 stop located to left of hotel door goes out to the beach 2.50 for the fare .great value. Abt 25 mins out . Great shopping street up the hill straight from hotel door just beside Balhao Metro stop. A big market fresh food coffees up there too. Not open every day its a covered in market down stairs .it was so clean. The Cathederal beside hop on terminus(near Sao Bento metro) well worth a visit.

So a bit of road noise in the early morning when people on the move again .room was to front of hotel. But not to intrusive. For a city it was not to bad and im a light sleeper didnt bother other 2 in party at all.

We were 5 people: 4 adults and two small children. We loved the family suite, a small apartment with all the comforts! 2 comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, a bathroom with lots of soft towels, a hair dryer and more. Kitchen with dining room and a double sofa bed. Although we didn't use it, the kitchen was very well equipped, with everything you could possibly need, including coffee and cookies. The excellent breakfast, very complete: super varied with fruits, sausages, eggs, cheeses and hams, a large amount of sweets, pancakes, waffles, croissants, cakes, cookies, breads, juice and coffee with milk. A delight! An the location very good, near everything, in the center of Porto. We drove from Spain and the hotel, for a small additional payment of £12, provided us with parking. Very convenient.

Nothing. But, We hadn’t problem but if you go late for breakfast you run the risk of not having a table and having to wait for one to be vacated. In the area of ​​the hotel there are not many restaurants that work at night. Next to the hotel there is a good one with typical Portuguese food but you have to get there early or stand in line.

lotcation is very good and convenient to the major travel spots. and, it's not far from the opo airport. we loved its tasty breakfast and works were super good.

we think the hotel room was good (above average). but, booking.com feedback rate is very high. it made us expect to have a very clean all over the room. acutally, we think the bathroom was just ok. the rest places were clean. there was an issue when we checked in. we reserved non-smoking superior suite for 2 nights. at the first night, we got a smoke-smell room. but, they did not have the extra same size room. we had to choose either stay at the smoke room or down grade to a non-smoking room. of course, we picked non-smoking one. but, we paid the same price. that's the service we got. overall, staffs are great, breakfast are tasty and rooms are ok.

I loved everything about this apartment. Staff,location etc. Tiago , Leonor, Ana M so so helpful. The breakfast served was excellent. Eggs,sausages, cold cuts, cheese,fruit,yogurt, variety of breads and pastries etc. Coffee is available all day. Again, the staff in the breakfast room were great . Rushing around to get everyone seated promptly. Laundromat is a block away - very convenient. Walking distance to train station from which we took day trips to Braga and Aveiro. Will definitely be staying here on my next trip to Porto. Cannot say enough positive things about this place.

Loved everything.

Breakfast was awesome! Usual things like pastries and breads, cold cuts, cheese. Had well seasoned scrambled eggs! Nice coffee and juices. There was a thick certain that separated the beds. Although this doesn’t prevent noise transfer, it was nice to have the light on for us and off for the kids who went to bed earlier.

Good location for walking to some restaurants and Mercado bolhao. Seems like it might get a little sketchy at night bc it’s a street that’s not too busy.
