Red Planet Makati Amorsolo

This is the second time I choose to stay in Red Planet Amorsolo. The location is excellent, it is within walking distance to many commercial centers. The room is nice, the bathroom is clean. Most of all, the staff were very friendly, they have been very thoughtful and considerate. The lobby has stable Wi-Fi and comfy high chairs, like a quiet café, very suitable for working alone.

I look forward to the improvements on the Wi-Fi. The lady who put me in a room where the Wi-Fi is better tried her very best. The Wi-Fi was better than my first stay, however, one of my online meetings was still affected by the unstable internet connection.

Smooth check in and check out. Free parking is available. Very courteous and polite staff, starting with the guards, receptionist, housekeeping and maintenance. The location is perfect for us because it's a ten minute walk to Pearson Vue and a lot of food chains and street foods within walking distance. The lobby has chairs and tables if you need for your laptop and snacks. The hot shower is perfect and there is strong water flow. A hair dryer is available in the room. An electrical outlet is for universal use. Good for a 1 night stay I guess

I found a small cockroach on the wall when I woke up in the morning. The pillows are uncomfortable. Not a sound proof room so you can hear the closing of doors of other rooms, you can also hear the noisy engine cars/jeepney on the street considering our room was on the 8th floor. The door is heavy, you need to exert some effort to push in opening it. No shower door so the whole bathroom floor gets wet when you shower. No cabinet to put your clothes except for a small rack with 3 hangers. No slippers, good thing I brought mine. Only 1 electrical outlet available

Location to medical center. VERY STRONG WATER PRESSURE lol, I dare say “too strong,” I have never had a shower with so much volume and pressure, you will be surprised. That said, there’s no curtain so not all water stays inside shower. The lift is straight ahead on right when you walk in the entrance.

Only real negative is the “elevator music,” in the hallway is quite loud 24-hours. Can hear it clearly inside the room when trying to sleep. Bed was comfortable.

Lester did let me checked.in 30mins Earlier and I was surprised about it - I didn't expect for it. He acknowledged also that I was a previous client before. To Marla thank you for assisting me today. From last years stay last Nov 21,2022 - the Wifi was improved but sometimes cutting IN and Out but it was better than last year. You can improved the Wifi connection more to have more more more guest to come

The location is strategic. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and it is right at the heart of Makati near Ayala proper. Great value for your money, the reception and facilities are super nice and welcoming, and the staff is friendly. The bed is comfortable, room is spacious enough and a desk for you to work with since I was coming for remote work. The internet is also stable so I was able to work with ease. The smell of the linen and the room overall is nice. I will visit again.

I wish there are free toiletries available, like slippers and brush. Also glasses and kettle not available. But there is a 7-11 downstairs so this is not a big deal. And for the price I still find the place worth visiting and all worth the rate.

Strategic location , near restaurants, convenience store 711 is just at the GF, value for money despite we booked the same day, great stay except for that 1 staff

Staff were nice & accommodating EXCEPT for that security guard who was on duty when we arrived. He was rude and didnt even greet us Good evening, when he asked for our booking and vax cards he even dared asked if those were really ours, and when were about to go out for dinner, he didnt even bother to open the door. He's the only person in this hotel we dont want to encounter again Great customer service is a very important aspect every guests are looking for in a hotel apart from cleanliness & location. Hope the hotel management will give their guards at least the basic customer service training as they also needs it to prevent from giving their establishment a bad impression

I like the bed was so comfortable.. And the bathroom is clean, especially the toilet.. Airconditioner was cold / functioning well and i loved it that they also have a ceeling fan. Hand soap / body wash / shampoo (all in one) is provided. Cleaning Staff are friendly and nice, bathroom tissues provided, and hot water at the 2nd floor (self service). The big flat screen TV is a plus. Also you can request for extra pillows free of charge.

The bedsheets and towels are old and with stain of some sort. They smell like dusty garments. Hot shower is not functioning.. I saw a small cockroach from the curtain crawling on the wall.. The curtains should be washed too, they are dusty..No toothpaste.

All of it : the room was clean and the location is accessible. Very convenient for me to do my personal and business matters. Aside from staying in there again in the future i highly recommend the hotel for its hospitable accomodation and the abrupt reply for my change of branch, not to mention, the refund of the previous booking on the same date and scheduled time.

As the hotel has adopted using the new technology I observed that there was no more telephone provided in each room in which i recommend to let them placed it back as before for emergency purposes. To rely communicating via online thru the internet provided is a little not safe for super emergency purposes, as there might be delay on response team to get the message conveyed. I hope the management will consider this matter.

The room was clean as you would expect a red planet hotel. The aesthetics were simple and functional. There was free parking with enough room for your car to move around without making it transformers. There was 7 eleven down stairs and multiple restaurants where you can eat.

It was difficult to get a grab/taxi. The guard said traffic was heavy around the area during rush hour. The outlet beside the table was not working so I cannot plug in my computer. The towels smell weird, like they were burnt.

The location is great, very close to major commercial buildings. It Is very quiet at night, so it's perfect for people who prefer peace and silence. The bathroom is nice and clean. Hotel staff were very helpful!

The Wi-Fi is extremely slow, can't watch a YouTube video freely and can't even load a Google Doc without waiting for 5 to 10 minutes. The room is small, the foldable table is great but still not as convenient as a real table. Perhaps try pest control once in a while to avoid some 'unexpected visitors'
