.Kim, the lady in reception, was very kind and helpful, and when I told her about my room problem, she changed my room with a 20% discount and gave me a more comfortable and quiet room. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone because of its responsibility and respect for customers. I will be back soon and will stay in this hotel for sure. 5☆☆☆☆☆ for your kindness. Thanks Kim

Friendly and helpful staff and Manager. My cousin forgot her cap when we checked out and she was able to retrieve it.

Staff forgot to give us breakfast stubs when we checked in. It was given on the day before we ate breakfast so it caused just a little delay.

Most staff are very nice and kind and whenever I travel I stay in Eurotel Makati.

WiFi and Breakfast. WiFi is very slow and sometimes I need to call staff to check the WiFi. Breakfast is mostly for Ph people not for Japanese or foreigners so its quit hard to eat Breakfast.

Tempura beds and quick check-in and check-out. Area outside hotel was a dirty but as soon as I was inside it was nice. Wifi was a but hard to access as downstairs and room have different routers and passwords, a bit confusing.

Shower scum and bathroom was not completely clean as expected. Room smell was average, could be better amd freah.

it is not really noisy and a mall is nearby friendly staff and the rooms are clean

Maybe the noise of airconditioning could be less when they change them for split units in the future would also.be cheaper.for the management because there are units.what can support multiple inside units.with.only 1 outside unit

Breakfast was fine

Same food serve everyday in the morning 🌄. Customers complain that foods are not hot always cold. Menu should be different everyday.

Last minute booking, room was readily available Clean room Big size room

Bedding does not fit the bed, kept on getting loose Lack of pillows Bathroom has stinky smell that dies not go away Toilet is slow to flush Cable TV channels are blurry

breakfast was ok, location was great! near to malls, restaurants, groceries and very safe

the room was quite old, had the same sheets for 5 days no follow up to change towels or restock toiletries.

always whenever I go to Manila I stay at this hotel because I trust this hotel a lot and staffs are so kind
