The front desk is accommodating and can really good you customer service.

I don't like how the room boy did when he got to our room to notify us for check out because when he knock and door bell he forced to open the door while I am dressing without kmowing that we are still inside..

Clean and comfortable hotel with excellent swimming pool, very nice room and very good breakfast. Staff are professional and very friendly. Good value for money. We dinner in their restaurant which, again, was very good value for money.

On our holiday we stayed at 11 hotels. I never give scores of 10 throughout. This time I have. This hotel was the best. There is nothing negative I can say about this hotel. It ticks all the boxes!

The hotel is close to everything (directly opposite a huge grocery story) and a couple of minutes walk to McDonald's, Shakers and KFC. The room was huge and so was the bathroom. Staff were excellent from the get go as well. The pool area is great to relax after a long day and they have a nice restaurant upstairs as well.

Staff were very friendly, and helpful.

Breakfast was pre cooked, and cold. Although it was in heated containers, the heaters weren't turned on. I know that Filipinos don't mind if their food is cold. But most foreign visitors,. myself included, expect any breakfast that isn't continental, or cereal, to be hot.

Breakfast was not worth the money, ate out half of the days. Service perfect. Very friendly!

Party on floor above us fri and saturday, noisy and impossible to sleep.

Hi, I hope there will be attending staff near pool area because no one assisted us there for breakfast. We had to go to front desk area to look for staff. Well when we got to the pool area they just served the breakfast and left. We were hoping to order for additional coffee and drinks but no staff were around.

They might emprove the breakfast, but it is still ok

Front desk officer was nice, rooms are clean and big, it has a pool with a nice background for photoshoots; a lifeguard is not present in the pool area so guests with kids should be cautious

I was assigned in second floor, so it is easy for mo to go out and buy my food since only breakfast is provided

In the bar, we waited for so long but mo one in there, we plan to buy food while swiming,,, i sometimes heard voices from the outside so they may hear me inside my room if i make noice,,
