Tulip Inn Eindhoven Airport

The room was great! It was clean and comfortable, and on top of that I didn't hear a single plane take off because the rooms are soundproof.

The only thing I've experienced as 'lesser' compared to anything else in the hotel was the location. If you're planning to fly early in the morning like I did then it's the best hotel for that, it's right on top of the airport. If you decide to want and go to the city centre, there is a bus stop 50 meters outside the front of the hotel or you can take a taxi. The hotel is a bit removed from the city center, if those are your plans then there are plenty of hotels right inside the city for similar money.

1) The location is fantastic. Avoids the need for airport transfer. For an early morning flight no stress. And arriving after a tiring travel day, it is pure luxury to collect baggage and walk to the lift to be in the hotel. 2) Has a bar convenient to hangout or meet someone. 3) The gym is okay for cardio or weights. 4) Airport facilities for food handy

1) Being in the airport it is not possible to leave a suitcase if your flight is after checkout time. In my case I flew in one afternoon and flew out the next evening. Would have been handy not to have to take my heavy suitcase with me. 2) Slightly quirky having the wash basin in the bedroom rather than the bathroom. Not so convenient for washing hands after the toilet. However I could see it practically for a couple where one is showering and the other drying hair or doing makeup. Nitpicking could have an extra power point in the desk.

We got a room opposite of the runway at first, but then we asked for another one from the staff. They were really helpful, and changed us to a room that had a runway view. The room itself was very quiet, no noise from neighbouring rooms, and very little to no noise from airplanes.

We stayed for two nights, and on the first morning we didn't have water in the room for a few hours. This got resolved at around 12. The woman at the reception did offer us to have a shower in another room until it gets resolved. It was a bit weird to have the sink in the room and not in the bathroom itself. No fridge in the room - which was a surprise, but it's on me, as I didn't read the appliance list while booking.

We arrived late at night at airport Eindhoven and Tulip Inn was just perfect because it was to late to pick up our rental car at the airport and it only took us three minutes from picking up our suitcases in the airport to walking over to the elevator in the arrival hall taking us up to the reception area. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and although we arrived very late someone was at the reception to welcome us. The room was comfortable and clean with all amenities and we had an amazing view over the tarmac. Although planes landed in the morning, it was completely quiet in the room and we couldn't hear any engine noise at all. The car rental office was a 3 minute walk the next morning. We would definitely fly via Eindhoven airport and stay at Tulip Inn again.

For the price level of the room it would have been good if we would have had breakfast included in the price.

The airport and the location are fantastic. You can easily go to the airport and drop your luggage, then back go to your room and chill before your flight. The bathroom was ok but there is space for improvement. the glass of the bathroom was dirty in my opinion. Also, the kettle in my room wasn't one of the cleanest.

The kettle because I wanted to make coffee in the morning and I used the hot water from the sink.

The hotel was located at the airport. It was surprising you didn't hear any airport sounds. In the hall downstairs there are a variety of shops. Everything you need in a room was available. The beds were comfy.

The room could have been more clean. It seemed that the shower wasn't cleaned very well. The waste bin near the toilet wasn't emptied and I found a jacket from a previous geust in a closet. For me that was an indication that there wasn't paid a whole lot of attention at cleaning the room.

I really liked the fact that we could literally see the airplanes. Also, the hotel being IN the airport made it easier because restaurants, bars and stores where just downstairs. The hotel also had a fitness room with a punching bag which we absolutely loved. Further, the staff was very friendly, social and helpful.

In our room we had a sofa and it was very dirty that we didnt even dare to sit on, stains everywhere. Also the soap was as good as empty when we arrived and it was hard to find cleaning staff to ask for soap or for towels. Another problem was the temperature of the room, it could be really hot at night while our thermometer was at -3. Also, the windows were not to open but on an airport I can understand that.

It was clean, spacious and conveniently located for the airport. There was no noise from the airport or planes. The staff were friendly and accommodating and everyone spoke English exceptionally well, given that I don't speak a word of Dutch. The facilities in the airport were very handy - Starbucks, convenience stores etc.

The room was very hot and we couldn't cool it down, even with the air con. Windows don't open at all. The sink is located in the room, so you have to use the toilet then open the door and walk around to wash your hands.

The location of this Hotel, And the Hospitality of the staff. Housekeeping Knocked pollitely on the door when servicing the room and waited verry pleasantly until i left it. having the comfort to Have breakfast and not having to hurry to the check-in is so much more recomendable.

There were some skipped spots in the shower, It wasnt super clean there was Black substance on the Silicon and the wall of the shower was containing some dirt? Also at the breakfast the pancakes were a sollid cookie (had late breakfast),

This is an ideal location to stay for a night if you have an early morning flight. It was very comfortable waking upa nd finding yourself already in the airport. The beds were very comfortable and it was quite spacious.

I did not like the fact that we couuld not find the proper way to get in. Google was sending us through a gate and when we asked the security of the airport , he was very rude and arrogant . We did not know we had to go in from the airport. More indications would have helped a lot.
